+ Exceptional stay at Lotte Hotel. The hospitality is off the charts, and the welcoming atmosphere shows in every detail of the service that the hotel and its staff provide. The location is, of course, very close to St. Isaac’s Cathedral, and compared to the other hotels nearby, in my humble opinion, Lotte is the newest and most enjoyable one. I will 100% stay here again the next time I come back to Saint Petersburg. Thank you from Vietnam.

Stayed there for World Cup Russia 2018. Very chic , classy and classic hotel. Rooms where super clean and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional. Very nice experience.

A five-star hotel, which is quite consistent with its rank. Doormen opening the door and security taking the temperature)) at the entrance. Rich and quite pompous decoration in the hall on the ground floor. Endless corridors sustained in a single color scheme. My wife and I lived in a junior suite overlooking the Moika. For us personally, the mesmerizing view of the water is just worth half the price of this room. At the same time, the bedroom itself is beautiful, but kept in a rather strict style without baroque canopies and carved armchairs, which is often the case in expensive hotels and which made us very happy. Comfortable furniture, comfortable large single bed. Lots of lighting, touch switches. The most luxurious place in the room is the bathroom. There is a shower cabin, there is a separate bath, which we took with great pleasure with the attached salt after long walks around the city. Shampoos, gels, conditioners, creams from Bulgari as toilet products, which is significant for such a hotel. And a Japanese toilet with seat heating, bidet, drying functions and much more)) The toilet also pleased me, as an elderly person)) I don’t talk about other amenities, they are standard. Fresh drinking water was brought 2 times a day. We didn’t go for breakfast, it costs 3.5 thousand per person)) It’s not the cost, of course, but the fact that we don’t have breakfast at all, and even more so at breakup buffets in hotels. There is too much temptation to fill up with champagne and fall asleep again instead of walking around the city)) By the way, I am 60, and at the age of 3-5 I lived in a neighboring house in the same Antonenko lane. So, in the building where the hotel is now, there used to be the Volodarsky House of Culture)) I remember watching “New Adventures of the Elusive” there, I stood in a huge queue from the Legislative Assembly for an hour for tickets. And the convenience of the hotel is that it is in the very center of the city. No matter how much we walked, we returned only on foot, not using the now dangerous public transport. And you can relax in the pool, in the gym, in the saunas at the locker rooms. True, for the gym you need to stock up in advance with a sports uniform, and for the pool with swimming trunks. In general, I can quite recommend Lotte to people with prosperity for a comfortable stay.

Super hotel, everything is at the highest level, delicious food on the terrace, excellent children's menu. Amazing view!
