- I forgot a very expensive collection of figurines I bought in the country, and when I called two hours later after having forgotten them in the room, no one had seen them. It's quite sad that a 5-star hotel is dedicated to stealing from its guests.

- The bed is uncomfortable it’s combined two twin size beds.far little walk to the walking street nevsky st.
- location was the not the best but not bad either
- I think the WiFi because it needed to input the Russian number. As some of our device has no access to to Russian sim 😂 maybe work on that. But overall this is the best address we had for our trip. Thank you so much for welcoming us and hoping we see each other anytime soon!

- The wifi connection wasn’t decent in 574, but it was of no importance for us (We used LTE) - we had spa to keep us busy 😁
