The octaviana hotel is located in the corner building of the XVIII century (architect Shaposhnikov) at the intersection of Nevsky and Liteiny prospect. Convenient transport links allow quick access to any essential facilities. + The location is very good. There is a supermarket downstairs with food. It is only an hour or half an hour away from the scenic spot, but the landing visa cannot be provided.
- Maybe it's different races. We express ourselves differently, which makes people feel very uncomfortable. I still hope that the national friendship will last for a long time.

The hotel corresponds to its category. Very convenient location. The rooms are clean. Disadvantage - loose curtains, as it gets brighter early, the room is very light. I advise the hotel to install an additional roller blind with full blackout.

Very helpful. only downside is no elevator so if you have a heavy suitcase you will struggle to 4th floor

Very poor Soundproofing both from outside (noisy road) and inside (we could hear our neighbors doing LITERALLY everything) which is not good, specially if you are with children. When we explained the situation and asked for help the staff expressed no empathy at all.

It's very simple hotel. But there is very good service, all so in english. The rooms are not so posh but simple nice rooms, those are also cleaning very good. I recommendid for real.
