+ I liked the staff’s friendliness and breakfast.
- I could say no water in the room, but there was a cooler in the floor, so I could fill my water and go to room, which was eco-friendly that doesn’t require the use of extra plastic bottles. So, fair enough 😊

An extremely decent, hospitable place, and although getting to the hotel by public transport is difficult and long, by car it takes just a few minutes to get to the golden triangle of historical districts of St. Petersburg, the key reference points of the Neva water area between the Winter Palace, the Spit of Vasilievsky Island and Hare Island with the Peter and Paul Fortress. The hotel itself is a thoughtful establishment, with a nice lobby and neat rooms. The events are varied and varied and are always accompanied by excellent, high-quality catering.

The hotel is basic but efficient, the restaurant has a good cuisine and the prices are reasonable... unfortunately it is located in a home... even if it is well served by public transport

Couldn't find anything to complain about, except the Wi-Fi there, it's horrible: it doesn't work most of the time and when it does then it's very slow.

I liked everything. Hot shower, delicious Breakfast buffet, but in my room was badly catches Wi-Fi (9th floor) had to go into the corridor. Also the rooms are poorly cleaned, the floor was dirty, and on the bedside table the dust.

warnings: this hotel is unbelievable , they has 4 star sign at checkin counter
at first, the hotel booked 3single rooms instead of triple room
and let customer wait for checkin for 45min
in room , no telephone inside room
dryer is out of order after every using for15sec
no amenities at all but small tiny pack of shower gel and shampoo that cannot ask for more
has shower and shampoo pump in bathroom but nothing inside
no toothbrush, no shower cap, no lotion
no water bottle given
no kettle , no coffee or tea

Was at the hotel in the autumn. I liked everything. In the shower the water went bad. The staff is nice. The food is delicious. Coffee machine is not very. Will come again if possible
