+ Close to the Rubinsteina Street with all the good restaurants. A Cathedral close by that is absolutely gorgeous. Not far from Nevsky Prospect. very clean every where. Very polite and service minded. We arrived late and didn’t had any rubles with us only euros. Couldn’t find a place to exchange so they arranged for us to pay the restaurant the day after. So helpful and nice.- The breakfast could be better. No gluten-free options for my husband. More options.

- There is a socket at the head of the bed, and you can reach it as soon as you reach out. There is a paid parking place, it is super laborious to get in and out, and the parking is charged, so it is better to park on the side of the road. The staff has poor service awareness. They were woken up by people in the corridor in the morning. The sound insulation of the house is not good. The food is ok, there are no bright spots. When I heard the waiter quarreling with the guests, I was really in no mood. The waiter was really clueless. In the room, there is a socket in the middle of the bed, and it is easy to be electrocuted if you reach out your hand carelessly.

An amazing hotel loved it would come stay again if in st Petersburg very friendly and helpful staff its like a 5 star hotel for the price of a 3 star and the breakfast is to die for grate selection of things hot and cold

Very good hotel, the lady at the reception is very helpful and beautiful!
The sink water isn't drinkable but you can brush your teeth with and don't get any spots on the skin after shower. Drinkable water is available in the corridors.

Even a larger room is very small, but I hear that's all over russia. Aircon is pathetic and it gets really hot on top floor. Courtains are not blocking sun enough, so I guess the white nights must be terrible for your sleep if you need dark to even fall a sleep. Breakfast is allways the same and they serve only toast. No other bread to choose from. The staff is very nice when they're around if you have the luck. Location is fine and 10min to metro station.
