The hotel has a beautiful design and a cozy fireplace in the lobby, but it's a long way from the metro station, especially since in winter there was ice mixed with snow on the streets. The rooms are comfortable, good linen, there were cups, tea bags, but we missed a capsule coffee machine. The breakfast is good, thank you.

We live in junior suite with jacuzzi. Rooms were very nice and clean, bathroom has jacuzzi, shower room, WC. And pearl of this hotel is SPA with big pool and a lot of saunas.
It’s the perfect stay in Saint Petes! Absolutely amazing in all ways There is every choice at breakfast. Value for money! PS kids playroom is a blast! Provides us with a few hours of proper rest! Nice ladies work there, thus, happy kids. Everything is modern, just like in the pics!
Not quite as slick and clean as when it was run by Solo Sokos, but still a good hotel for a great, relaxing stay.

Beautiful Spa, lots of saunas ,steam rooms , snow rooms , swimming pool , jacuzzis. Hot and Cold so relaxing. Great fast response customer service.
Special mention to Ms. Elena of concierge she went for extra mile as our cards are not working properly due to some western restrictions. Her professionalism and dedication to service is beyond unexpected. She didn't show any hesitation to help us with our flight problems. Very nice hotel. The location is excellent a couple of minutes walk from tram and bus statiin, a little more from the metro station Sportivnaya.2 supermarkets next to the hotel. Quite neighborhood. The hotel is clean, has aircondition, the personnel very helpful.

A good place within a five-minute walk from the legendary "Kamchatka" - the stoker where Viktor Tsoi worked. The administrator Alexander was very friendly with us and created a homely atmosphere :) there are cups, a kettle in the room, you can take disposable slippers at the reception. Nearby there is a supermarket "Dixie", which has, in general, everything you need, except alcohol :(
A pleasant two week's stay in a reasonably priced hotel. The staff was helpful. The shower curtain was in need of a wash and it was replaced on a request.
First day I did not have enough cash with me. They helped me to pay next day.And the staff was kind.

Quiet place. Separate entrance to the rooms, everything is super in the rooms. Very clean. The center and exit to the Neva are nearby. I liked everything, had a good time.
The best hotel I've stayed in in Russia. I've stayed in Moscow... and St. Petersburg and it's the best among them. I hope it was available to book it for more than one day. The staff was helpful and friendly

We lived here for a week with our dog. Very good administrators and tenants, it was very comfortable morally. The only thing that did not please us was the lack of a window in the double room, but we knew about this before settling in. Thank you! The hostel is quite decent, there are all the necessary conditions for living both socially and technically. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel. City center within walking distance. Unfortunately, due to a system error, my booking was cancelled. Thus, about two times I came to the hostel, and a new guest was already sleeping in my place. But this issue was quickly resolved.
My girlfriend and I lived in a double room with one bed. I don’t advise you to settle in it: it’s stuffy, there are no windows (!), the bed creaks a lot (the noise is terrible from any movement, you even wake up). The hostel is good, the administrators are very pleasant, but there are also disadvantages: an old electric stove (like in the USSR) and only two toilets for everyone.
They called me at 7.30pm and told me that they can not accept foreign citizens because of "new politic" of menagement. Of course I insisted to stay just that one night.
