La camera era pulitissima così come il bagno. La signora Zarina, discreta e gentile. L'hotel non è vicinissimo all'Ermitage, ma con la metro Gorskaya a 700 metri, si raggiunge facilmente. Sul tragitto per la metro Gorskaya, ci sono diversi bar dove fare un'ottma colazione. Io mi sono mossa molto con la metro. Ma per vedere San Pietroburgo bisogna camminare, camminare e camminare. It was the first place I booked in Saint Petersburg and it really good place to stay for a while.
Great and cheap place to stay. Little trouble with mosquitos but all the rest was as expected
Very nice place, good location and nice rooms. Julyanna was also very nice, she helped me with a lot of things that I people have to know when visiting Saint Petersburg.
My room is clean and tidy. The room cleaning lady did her job well, even fold my clothes nicely. There is laundry machine, you can use it with small fee. The reception lady helped load my laundry because the machine was in use, so I dont have to wait for it. She was so kind to fold the clothes for me after drying. Apart from the bed is a bit too soft, pillows are square shape, towels a bit old...
Cozy, attentive and polite staff. Thin walls - if loud talking in the neighbouring rooms can be heard!!
The location is nearby the city center
Very accommodating, checked in at night without an issue. Provided earplugs, guess they are aware of the thin walls))

At first I thought the location might be a problem, but it turned out to be great. The area is quiet, taxi fares are very cheap, so I don’t think location is an issue at all. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly. You can also find everything you need in the facility. I would definitely recommend it.

The location is right next to Gorkovskaya Station, which is only 1 metro stop away from Nevsky Prospect. Also there are plenty of supermarkets and bars around too.
