The hotel has a beautiful design and a cozy fireplace in the lobby, but it's a long way from the metro station, especially since in winter there was ice mixed with snow on the streets. The rooms are comfortable, good linen, there were cups, tea bags, but we missed a capsule coffee machine. The breakfast is good, thank you.

We live in junior suite with jacuzzi. Rooms were very nice and clean, bathroom has jacuzzi, shower room, WC. And pearl of this hotel is SPA with big pool and a lot of saunas.
It’s the perfect stay in Saint Petes! Absolutely amazing in all ways There is every choice at breakfast. Value for money! PS kids playroom is a blast! Provides us with a few hours of proper rest! Nice ladies work there, thus, happy kids. Everything is modern, just like in the pics!
Not quite as slick and clean as when it was run by Solo Sokos, but still a good hotel for a great, relaxing stay.
Beautiful Spa, lots of saunas ,steam rooms , snow rooms , swimming pool , jacuzzis. Hot and Cold so relaxing. Great fast response customer service.
Special mention to Ms. Elena of concierge she went for extra mile as our cards are not working properly due to some western restrictions. Her professionalism and dedication to service is beyond unexpected. She didn't show any hesitation to help us with our flight problems. I hope this reached to her we finally arrived here in Cyprus safe and worry free. Thank you Ms. Elena!

Nice and clean hotel in a good location. It's not so easy to find a decent hotel/apartment in SPb for a reasonable price, so that I'd definitely recommend this 7 Bridges Hotel
In general, the impression of the hotel is positive, helpful staff, clean, walking distance to the center and all attractions. The room is clean tidy but a bit small. From the negative not a very good drain in the shower. But for this price, you can close your eyes even in the center.
Don't be scared by the look of the building. Interior is kinda modern.
you can't open the windows so no fresh air. You can have better rooms somewhere on same price. I really didn't like the room also it was cold 😕

A good place within a five-minute walk from the legendary "Kamchatka" - the stoker where Viktor Tsoi worked. The administrator Alexander was very friendly with us and created a homely atmosphere :) there are cups, a kettle in the room, you can take disposable slippers at the reception. Nearby there is a supermarket "Dixie", which has, in general, everything you need, except alcohol :(

The area is great. The suite is okay. The hotel is weird. Breakfast is a nightmare. And in the hotel itself you can get lost, you need to go from floor to floor of a regular entrance along dark stairs.
This is a pre-revolutionary building, but people are very hospitable, sympathetic, welcoming.
