Overall good, except for that we book 2 room but 1 is okay, 1 is really small, room 225 you need to use elevator to 3th floor then walk up and down. Although there is a man help us when check in, but when check out we must carry 2 heavy 28 luggage.

Location was very good, near metro and bus stations. Cleaning was good. Breakfast was normal. Depends on your expectations. If I go to St. Petersburg again, I can stay

It's certainly not the best hotel in St. Petersburg, but for our extended family of three, arriving on the night of Scarlet Sails Festival, it was the perfect choice. The hotel is right on Nevsky Prospekt, less than a kilometer walk from the train station, and most public buses run directly to the Hermitage Hotel. The room was generally good. Located in the heart of downtown, right on Nevsky Prospekt, it was very convenient for travel. The front desk staff was warm and helpful. There were Chinese and Japanese restaurants just to the right, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the breakfast wasn't particularly rich, but of course, that was in line with the price.

Very close to the Moscow Railway Station in St. Petersburg; on Nevsky Prospekt, very convenient for travel. The front desk staff is also very nice, and you can store your luggage when checking in or out. The rooms are cleaned every day. You can register.

This is a retro and artistic hotel with a great location, but it also has some shortcomings, such as toothbrushes that need to be requested and not replaced, and only mineral water is provided on the first day.

Sooo small rooms! Which is cold! There is no refrigerator in the room. The kitchen is shared. Worth 2300 ₽ Draw your own conclusions. I would give 2000, but there was no choice, they didn’t book in advance, I had to go to the first one I got. The rest is clean, the furniture is new, in the shower there are a bunch of soap and dust to choose from, a TV set without HD, just an antenna.

Prices from 2 thousand. Nice compact hotel. There are always free rooms. Soft beds. Soundproofing is absent. The toilet is shared. There is a kitchen for cooking, washing machine and hot water.
