Nice hotel on Nevsky prospect - central in Sankt-Petersburg. Stayed for 3 nights - Lovely reception, service, good breakfast. Room was well furnished and warm. Good for family stay (we stayed with 2 kids), worth the money. Will stay there next time!
No air conditioning, no lift, no restaurant, but very polite and helpful staff.
Great location, the interior is just super, the staff is very polite, the quality service actively monitors whether everything is good. But there are two "buts" - the cardboard walls (you can hear everything that is said in the next room) and the breakfast delivery system from the restaurant (limited selection and often cooled dishes). But the latter is just not a problem - there are a lot of places...

There are Hotel 338 and hostel 338 in here owned by one. We stayed in the hostel during Russia world cup and our experience could not be better. Hostel is 5 minutes walk from the metro station. They provided breakfast every day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are shared across the rooms. Leila, one of the staffs is super kind and helpful and she tried to provide the best services. Wifi...
Where to start? The hostel owner seems completely incompetent, she is almost never there and prefers to operate the hostel with a code system for the doors, these codes are infuriating and often don't work. Even though the entrance is not looking very good, the Artefact mini Hotel is Awee. It's like to be in home. All the staff is very nice. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. Very near walking from the metro station and restaurants nearby.
This is a tiny hotel (6 rooms) close to the city centre. It offers clean comfortable accomodation with the use of a shared kitchen. The staff who run it are welcoming and speak really good English. The staff make this venue excellent. We spent nine nights here and had a fantastic time. I have stayed in smarter places but never had a warmer welcome. They also have a bean to cup coffee machine!

We really loved the place! Rooms are perfect for families. Stylish. Clean. Staff is young but really helpful! We had a problem with extension of our visa and the person at reception also agreed to write for us a letter in Russian that was essential for letting us solve the question.
