From the pros:
1. Convenient location.
2. An excellent view from the windows to the river, the forest ... Beauty, and nothing more.
3. Deer run around the territory - and the children were delighted.
4. For lunch they gave a delicious currant compote.
Now to the cons.
1. The rooms are not removed from the word "absolutely". They don't even take out the trash. We lived there for a week, with small children... In the end, it was very unpleasant. And there is carpet on the floor, it’s not even easy to brush off the crumbs from it. Well, there are no brooms, rags in the rooms.
2. Once they came to the dining room in the evening 10 minutes before the formal end of dinner. The employees of the canteen raised a wild howl that we do not respect them, that we will come again and they won’t feed us at all ... I really remembered the canteens from the 90s.
3. The contingent resting there is very peculiar. One morning I woke up at 7-30 from the fact that Krug was singing from the street. It turned out that some man in his shorts went out to sunbathe right under our windows. And nearby, the receiver turned on at full volume. Okay, I like the song "Magadan". But that morning did not seem too joyful to his wife. In general, I again remembered the 90s.
4. Well, there are few large rooms. We took a four seater. And he is on the fourth floor, under the roof and without air conditioning. In the heat of the afternoon it was impossible to be there.
Outcome. If you come with a large company for one day or one night, then it’s quite good for yourself. If with children and for a week, it is better to look for another option.

The base itself is not bad, but a little boring, you will get tired of walking around the base very quickly (maybe it seemed that way because we were on Monday). If you are going to go to the holy spring, the nunnery 500m according to the sign, then do not believe that it is 500 meters to go there. We walked 1.5 km (we measured it with a fitness bracelet) and saw the domes of the church, but we didn’t get there, because we still had to bypass some kind of fence, so be aware that you will have to walk about 2 km through the forest to the source.
A very good holiday will turn out if you go with the company.
The cost of tours includes three meals a day, not even bad.
I was especially pleased with the bathhouse, very clean and pleasant. As for me, none of the city baths and saunas where we were can be compared with the bath at the recreation center blue light.
I don’t know about the rooms in the buildings, we rented a room in a house, naturally without amenities. On the street there is only one good toilet, as we were told - new, the rest, like in old camps - a hole in the floor.
In general, the impression of the rest is not bad. If they ask me if I will go to this base again, then most likely yes, but mostly because of the bath))

The base is beautiful. There are many free BBQ areas. A herd of deer runs around the area. Excellent restaurant with delicious lunches, breakfasts and dinners. Clean bathroom with everything you need. Bar with a small margin. Rooms are clean but overpriced. The staff is polite and responsive. There were no problems during the rest, but the ratio of the price and the services provided is frustrating.
