First of all, I would like to praise the hotel for its super delicious breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because I arrived late or something else. You can eat as much as you want (other people say you can’t eat too much)

The lady at the front desk can communicate in English, but she doesn't have slippers, so she has to stand on the steps to take a shower, which is a bit uncomfortable. Mainly because it's very close to the airport

Clean, bright, beautiful view from the window. It was cool in the room. The water in the shower didn't drain well. On the plus side: there is a kettle in the room. Overall I liked it. I'll stop again

The room was also very quiet and the breakfast was very good! ps: Find the shuttle bus at departure gate C of Terminal Building (below the large Hongqi Auto advertising screen)

It is suitable for those who arrive in Moscow too late or have a connecting flight

Novotel is the best as always. Breakfast is a bit simpler, but still decent. Comfortable bed and bathroom.

It was a very pleasant stay, there was a shuttle bus to the hotel and airport, that made the trip very comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was ok. Next time will come and stay definitely.

But what really makes a difference are the staff there! Waitresses and the Chefs! Very friendly people with a big smile on their faces, helpful, efficient and with a kind heart!!! Was on a work trip, we spent 1 night there. I would like to leave a comment about the restaurant staff that really impressed me and my colleagues. First of all breakfast was amazing, all healthy and fresh choices

Our room was not cleaned on daily basis and sometime on the bed is done and everything else is untouched including the bathroom. Rooms were very hot and there was no control on the radiators.

Overall it's pretty good, the service staff can speak simple English. It is close to the airport and many Chinese crews also stay in this hotel. There are shopping malls and Auchan supermarkets about 4 kilometers away

The room is larger than the indoor Sheraton, and the surrounding area is where major airlines are stationed. There is a swimming pool, but it's a pity that we don't have enough time

The first choice for flights, this is a card-playing hotel with attentive service and a very good restaurant. There are often handsome men and beautiful women coming and going

The territory shook with its view to the very heart. Neat and thoughtful. There are well-equipped workspaces and excellent recreational areas. Landscape design is beautiful, there are fountains, rivers and alpine slides.

Unfortunately, it's completely impossible to sleep on it; when unfolded, there's a height difference between the sections, which isn't smoothed out by the provided topper, and the sections are of different firmness

OOO Milan is a separate issue, clean, warm, cozy, they don’t allow smoking in the rooms, they fine you 10,000 rubles. Cool when on the 21st floor, the view is excellent on Kashirskoye Highway

The place is ideal for a company holiday. Large comfortable cottages where you can sit well in the common room. There is everything you need to relax. Pleased with its own cooler in each cottage

Great place for families with children. For kids a huge room, slot machines, a maze, a lot of toys. There were two times in the winter. Several saunas, a large pool + paddling pool for toddlers

Had wonderful time here, really enjoyed the meals and facilities. The only down side was lack of a crèche for younger children, you couldn’t leave them in the wonderful playroom the resort has.

Of the minuses: in our room there was a shower cabin with a shallow tray and a very short curtain, because of this all the water flowed out, one of the radiators in the room was turned off, we had to call technicians (they quickly fixed everything and it became warm)

We had to catch our flight and left, and although we emailed them requesting the proof of residence to be issued after they opened, we received no reply

The tram runs, so it's easy to get to the hotel. The staff is friendly. It was nice that the thermostat worked well.

The unsatisfactory points: During check-in, we were asked for a proof of residence, and the front desk said it could only be issued the next day

We informed them that we had an early morning flight the next day and needed to check out at 7 am, and the front desk readily agreed

It is prudent to mention here that the location and comfort wise the accommodation is cost effective and recommendable

Free shuttle goes to the Hotel every 30 minuts, you can find it near Exit 2 of Domestic terminal, the shuttle bus locates near red big buses. Very clean rooms, breakfast cost 1200 rub.

My flight was unexpectedly cancelled, so I had no choice but to rebook to an airport near this hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service

After a flight, there is nothing better than a clean, non-smoky room. I liked everything very much. The staff is responsive. We were in an economy class room.

The hotel has a spa, saunas (closed due to covid) indoor heated pool (bathing cap mandatory) fitness center and restaurant. The wall are thin so you can hear next door at night 😂. Glad they don't have noisy bed springs

Visited this place in November. An ideal place to get away from society. The houses stand among the birches, next to a pine forest with ant trails, a little further there is a river
