+ First time for me in Moscow, stayed here for 6 nights. Can say my stay here was nothing short of spectacular! The hotel is located within a walking distance to most important attractions and is fairly beautiful. Most unique aspect however is Service; Despite the issue with the payment system we had, they cooperated with us and accepted to provide daily payments instead of a full prepayment. They were also considerate of our needs and made special arrangements in our room. All staff was friendly from reception to housekeeping to concierge, specially Alexander and his colleagues in the latter. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.- -

Everything is ok, vodka in the bar is expensive not by status. Decent staff, no frills. Numbers at five. There is parking in the basement, which is convenient. If you have a couple of three extra million rubles, you can take a week off from the routine, all the conditions are there. Local transfer, reservation. You don't have to leave the hotel.

Very convenient location, attentive but unobtrusive staff. Everything is beautiful, elegant and interesting. The spa has a comfortable jacuzzi, a small pool, interesting showers where you can rinse with soap and refresh with menthol. Hamam does not work due to the epidemiological situation. I recommend..

10 out of 10. Gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Breakfasts deserve special attention. There is something for every taste and preference. There was a room overlooking Tverskaya street. Windows don't open. But this is understandable, and to be honest, it is not required. It is possible to leave things after check-out, in case there are events planned before the evening.

Excellent hotel, the rooms were surprisingly much fresher than I expected. The staff is friendly, polite. The mood was never spoiled. I especially liked the spa area - worth it to visit the hotel. Lounge on the 11th floor with a good view and a good atmosphere. The view from the room is good but not amazing. But this is a solid 5. There is nothing to complain about. Thanks to the hotel staff.

Amazing Location, at a walking distance from the Red Square.
The Hotel has very nice, ample,newly refurbished rooms.
The elevator lobby is nicely decorated, but there’s only one way to the lobby in the whole floor, and only one way to reach there. So you have to walk the whole floor across all rooms to get to the lobby.
Breakfast was very delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were so welcoming, they used to get to our table to place our special orders of omelettes instead of us waiting at the cooking station.
They kept replenishing our table with their amazingly delicious fresh juices and kept checking if we need any coffee or tea refills.
The Hotel is still having some refurbishment works, so it’s a bit noisy during the day at the lobby.

This may have been the single best hotel experience of my life. They go above and beyond. I can't even begin to thank you enough. The concierge, Nikita, bent over backwards for us when our plans were threatened by a scammer. The lengths that he went to to save our night and our trip were simply above and beyond. If you are thinking of a trip to Moscow, it would be a huge mistake to stay anywhere else.
