- The room was horrible, wall outlets were broken, toilet seat broken, water leaked from shower / bathtub. The bathtub / shower design was horrible. The air conditioner was broken. The staff was rude and unfriendly. I am pretty sure they paid someone to get a 5 star rating, because it was truly a 3 star hotel with fake fluff!

- Othe staff in reception was unfriendly at all and sometimes rude was high pitch sound Male Concierge i asked him to book for me an activity i payed cash Then when i came next day to collect tickets and money change He said no need to give you change back i will drink coffee with it (excuse me), ؟؟ This behavior is not acceptable from 5 * hotel I was in india many top hotels never this happened and they also keep it in an envelope to prevent you from embarrassment, and that this is your right, do not ask about it House keeping was not good The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard Money exchange rate in hotel not good There are many coffee shops and restaurants and metro 10 minutes walking
- 1. Uk phone number did not work for wifi. 2. Ventilation in bathroom did not work 3. Room was super hot and ac did not work to minimize the temperature. It was possible to sleep with open window only. 5. Horrible traffic at Smolenstaya station (40 min in traffic jam on the bridge) area. Choose another hotels and avoid this area. 6. We used room service, ordered 2 ham and cheese croissants (550 rub each). Waiter brought 2 of salmon and cucumber which was 850 each. We did not want and did not order those but we agreed for it with the price of 550 like for ham and cheese. Waiter promised to charge 550x2, but final bill was 850x2. Not pleasant cheap lie. Obviously we will never stay there again.
