I stayed for one night and loved everything. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly. The room's interior was amazing, it was brilliantly designed. Thank you for your hospitality!

I m staying in room 803. The room is unbearably cold; I couldn’t even sit at the desk for 30 minutes to check my emails. Despite calling twice yesterday and today, the issue was never resolved, nor was I given any information. A hotel this beautiful does not deserve such poor service. The front desk team lacks initiative, most of them don’t speak English, and you can clearly feel that rigid rules take precedence over guest satisfaction. After this experience, I will not consider staying at this hotel again.”

We organized a wedding at the Hyatt. The event went well! We had no difficulties working with the staff, as people say in reviews. Our agency, SKY AND STARS, thanks the banquet service; the event was a great success!

everything worked out perfectly. check-in was fast, room clean and modern. breakfast really good, lots of options. what i liked most - staff actually listens and reacts quickly, no need to repeat anything. definitely would stay here again.

check-in was very fast, from the start felt like they had everything under control. i was a bit confused about the parking levels, but the concierge explained everything very clearly, so no worries. the location of the hotel is nice and the view from the room was promising.

For 5 stars hotel!!!!! Its not at all 5 for what i saw ,,room not clean ,the bed so low & the mattress so bad my back hurts so much,,also the waiters on the breakfast are not professional at all if the customer wants to pass they should be waiting to let them pass and then they can go..no the waiters you have they want to pass first then the customer omg what that!!!!! In another way this is the first time i saw 5 stars hotel the bar is empty!!!! Nothing on it….. !!! We are bot at 2 stars hotel ,,also not everyone speaks English how come!!! I m totally shocked by that…even the internet so bad ,, TV channels they have 27 channels nothing you can watch just there channels all in Russian & you can’t mirror from our mobile ………will not come again for the rest of my life to Hyatt Regency Moscow
