Ptitsa-Sinitsa Hotel in Moscow

Actually this isn't a hotel, and the usual multi-roomed apartment.We were put in a room with glass doors next to the front door and Desk design for comfort.As a result the light all night got into the room ( as in a hospital ward),calls at the door and on the phone day and night also conveniently not accounted for.In this hotel are created all conditions for staff and guests is poor relatives.The best dishes in the kitchen is only for staff,in the kitchen drinking tea and lunch is only entitled to the staff. Sink for washing dishes is often busy,there puts the dirty dishes often diner staff.In the room there is a decanter for water, a kettle in the kitchen since time immemorial. The kitchen includes a filter for alleged clean water, actually it's very old and the water out sediment.But the staff did a great job!Especially Maxim.All phone conversations can be heard throughout the apartment, but apparently it does it all in stride. + Location is very good although the hotel is a bit hard to find at first.
- Sadly, the cleanliness and the state of the room weren't up to par. The room looked nothing like advertised on Островок. None of the decorations were in it and two of the decorative birds were gone. The bedsheets also barely covered the stained mattress. This led to it becoming constantly exposed. Room service didn't change the towels. My shower carpet had a hole and hand towel was stained. They remained the same even after room service came twice. The decorative cushions near the window had spider webs on them, the joints of the shower were mouldy and the toilet stank of sewers. I was expecting a nice and clean little boutique hotel but I sadly had to cancel my second booking planned with them.
