- Capsule rooms were too small we can’t even breath we stayed only for 3 hours and paid for two night and three days staff is also not good always sleepy and about hygiene I will rate it in minus when we entered the room the bedsheets very dirty we were so tired… it was the worst experience for us… I will never recommend this hotel to anyone… even if it’s my enemy… neither I will stay here for free before leaving we asked that you have different room they said no but after we left they offered us new room .

- when we came at night 10pm then the girl receptionist was inconsiderate, she mistakenly gave our room to others and asked us to wait for more than 30 mins even when the other room was available. Also the room is very small. We just stayed there for a night and it was not a pleasant experience

+ The guy receptionist allowed us to keep our luggage and roam around as we came early- when we came at night 10pm then the girl receptionist was inconsiderate, she mistakenly gave our room to others and asked us to wait for more than 30 mins even when the other room was available. - Bathroom is too bad, I think it could be better live in a hostel rather than here with “private bathroom “… Maybe it’s a lodgement of a dirt in a pipe, it’s terrible, the water was stagnated. The bed was comfortable, but it’s only one blanket for two people, administer refused to give us another one. Kitchen wasn’t cleaned and smell there was terrible too.

Good location, fair price, small apartment. Small is REALLY small - 6 m2, so big people will never fit. But for skinny young ones this place could become a nice budget choice to stay almost in the center of Moscow.
Bad part is it seems like repair was maid long time ago. All doors and stairs are kinda shabby. And cleaning lady should sometimes clean under the mattress.
My conclusion is People with big proportions should avoid this hotel. For those who came - there is a small cheap universal shop just around the corner. Have a good time there :)

- IF YOU ARE NOT RUSSIAN PASSPORT HOLDER, never even consider to visit this hostel. The staff and the owner ended up to kick me out because i am not russian and no registration. The staff ask me to wait for 4 hours when I arrive until 2pm to make check in. After that because I am Indonesian, the staff did not allowed me to check in with reason that i was in russia more than 2 weeks but i dont have registration. This rule is abolish already even prior Fifa world cup 2018 but the stu**d hostel staff and owner did not understand. They have no right to know for what I am doing in moscow. They just afraid that I am like Kazakhstani or Uzbek who stay in Moscow for working and dont have registration. I am not that poor and i have good job in my home town. I ended up to stay in another hostel in Arbatskaya, in which in center as well and the staff more educated and smarter that that of this hostels'

There is no Hot water facilities. Only cold water for all use . And the rooms are very short . It's fine for students but not for families . The room is just in the size of a big SUV car. O don't recommend.

Put stars for location and staff! Has a very pleasant woman! In honor of our wedding to us on the bed left a cake! It was very nice,the attitude is super!!!!
But the conditions leave much to be desired. If you have a case,at least not big you don't even visite in the largest room! We went with my husband on a trip and we had a decent suitcase,so we when in the course from resting in him was climbing on the bed. Hot water often is not. If you are traveling without Luggage,I recommend you this hotel!!

The location is 15 minutes from the metro. The room is clean and warm. The only negative - room very good.small. In fact, the room consists of 2 double beds and a small cubicle for toilet and shower.

- The room and hotel were a bit tired. I had stayed at the Art Hotel in Kazan and was maybe expecting similar but the Art Galaktika was at a much lower level. It was, however perfectly adequate and probably my expectations were too high e.g. maybe Moscow is much more expensive than Kazan or maybe I just chanced upon a very good deal in Kazan.

It was, however perfectly adequate and probably my expectations were too high e.g. maybe Moscow is much more expensive than Kazan or maybe I just chanced upon a very good deal in Kazan.

Thin walls, shared kitchen, you need to completely go out from hotel to smoke (country wide rules), best price/performance rate around Olimpinskiy. Was really clean. Wifi was problematic most of the times. 3 nice nights i spent. Would go again.
