The kitchen was nice, but the male receptionist was very mean and wouldn't let us store our luggage.
For some reason, I got confused at first when looking for the hostel, but it's located quite clearly. From the Chistye Prudy metro station, we look for the exit onto Arkhangelsky Lane. We walk along Chistye Prudy Boulevard, turn onto Arkhangelsky Lane, and on the right is a turnoff for Krivokolenny Lane. Don't turn there (I did and got lost). We walk another 20 meters along the right side of the road...
It's only slightly closer to Red Square and nearby supermarkets, but the hygiene is terrible.
The front desk is very welcoming, the room is clean and the enthusiastic staff will help you prepare everything, and the living room is also bright. There is a lockable cabinet on the bed, and there is a separate wardrobe in the room for you. It is the best youth hostel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely book it next time if I have the chance
Just a few meters from Metro station, Red Square and the city center attractions. Well equipped kitchen, storage luggage, laundry and very accommodating staff.
Very convenient, walking distance to Kremlin area. Kitay Gorod station 5-7mins away. Quiet rooms at night. Clean toilets compared to other places. Beds have curtains, so good privacy and enough space to place tour belongings.
Location is perfect. Walkable to Metro, Supermarket, restaurants. 20 mins walk to Red Square and Railway Station to St. Petersburg/Kazan. Has AC for Summer Proper kitchen and enough space in the fridges and dining room. Respectful staff and guest-mates
The man at the front desk has a bad service attitude and is not enthusiastic about you.He didn't care about me when he spoke English to him. I used a translator to speak Russian, and he didn't care about it, discriminating against the Chinese.Boss, you can see that you want to strengthen management.

Stayed in strawberry duck in Saint Petersburg. One of the best hostels.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location with lots of great eateries. 15 minutes walk to Red Square. Nice and tidy and clean, but no natural light in the common areas, so a cave-like atmosphere.
Very clean and well maintained. More like a hotel than a hostel, lots of Russians living there semi-permanently. I suggest getting room close to toilet if your prone to getting up in the night, its quite the hike from some of the rooms
Very modern and clean with excellent facilities and helpful staff. However there are a few key issues that made the stay stressful. The main issue is the size. The kitchen was too small and always a bit hectic. The sinks always had dirty dishes left in them even though the staff made their best efforts to keep them clean, I assume due to people not having enough time to cleanup. There were insufficient...
I liked the beds, cupboards, curtains for privacy and the sockets that are near the beds.

The location was great. Very convenient. The room was neat and clean. Hostel staff regularly cleaned the room. This is good example of hostel for short term stay. Well maintained and well behaved people. The reception was very helpful and explained everything in English.

Location is good, about 1 km from Chistye Prudy metro station. Locality was beautiful. I loved their Lounge and kitchen area. Ambience was excellent. Bed, sheets, AC, light, everything was very comfortable. Staffs are very sweet, polite and helpful. Best part is that few of their staffs are good in English as well, that's an added advantage for foreigners.
The sheets were dirty, and I charged 600 rubles for changing the sheets, but they didn't give me clean sheets. When I asked for a refund, they didn't give me a refund, saying that it was a fine for staining the sheets. I can pay the fine, but the key is that after I paid the money, they didn't change the new sheets, and they let me sleep dirty sheets, which was terrible. And the administrator's attitude...

The hostel is very clean, easy to find and in the center of moscow. Room is warm and bed is comfortable. Bathroom/toilet is clean.
