I enjoyed my stay in this Hostel. Convenient location, though little hard to find. Near Kitay-Gorod station (Gate 5). Lovely ambience, extremely helpful and friendly people. Calm and cosy. Excellent
everything was good surely recommend for solo travellers as this is a good hostel with good vibes and with prime location
The staff especially Irina is just so awesome! She's polite and so helpful! The hostel is an excellent budget-friendly choice for a stay in Moscow. You'll definitely like it.
Perfect location. Near Kitay-Gorod metro gate 5/6. Comfortable. Enough spacious. Staffs were excellent. They are polite and humble. They can communicate with you even in English.
The wifi is basically unusable, the room is very crowded, and the details page says there is air conditioning, but in reality it is not. Summer is particularly hot and humid. And there are many long-term residents here, with relatively few travelers and a mediocre atmosphere. In the room where I stayed, there was an old lady who liked to touch my things without my permission!

Really cool hostel super clean and the location is great shops around everywhere and bars and stories , good vibes and great staff , highly recommended
Very clean, and friendly staff.. visit moscow! (UK citizen)
Very good position, clean and comfortable. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only thing some room are too little if you have many luggages.
Kind and really helpful staff, clean hostel, great location, reasonable price. There's really nothing to complain about!!
It is a hostel great, workers very friendly, facilities very clean and very good vibes in there. Of the best hostels that I have visited. In addition it is in Kitai Gorod a few meters from the red square.
Nice staff with good English; cool common space/kitchen with free water, tea and cereal; comfy beds with curtains and high ceilings; free luggage storage; conveniently located, 1-2mins walk to the nearest metro and 15mins walk to the red square; clean wc/shower room
Excellent location, staff and the hotel infrastructure.
Red square is 700 mtr walk away which is very convenient. Metro station is 2 min walk away and you can go anywhere from there even connection to airport is very easy from there. Location is prime for whoever does not want to spend too much on the travel cost. McDonald’s is just on the Main Street and there are few good places to eat also. For budget traveller this is a perfect place. Not many options...
The environment is clean, and the neighbourhood is really good, close to metro, bars, restaurants and super market, there is a coffee shop nearby called ‘smart coffee lab’ I really like!
It located close to city centre with only 15~20 mins walk to red sqaure. Supermaket, cafe is only 5 mins walk from the hostel. The place is quite good with regular cleaning every afternoon. Clean linen and pillow. The staff is nice and helpful.
Cozy room and lively hostel. Very close to the metro station and surrounded by shop,restaurants,24h grocery mart. Everything good for me stayed only 1 night .
absolutely the best hostel in Moscow. Employess are very kind and helpful. When i had a problem, they did their best to solve it. thanks for all.
Perfect location. In central, near bus stops. Short walk to the red square and other attractions. Everything is clean and organized. They have a washer and dryer.
Great location with easy access to the plaza and restaurants
The location is great, very close to Red Square. The bathroom is very clean and beautiful, and the front desk staff is also very helpful and patient.
Great location, easy access to main attractions by foot or metro Lounge and kitchen were very cozy and well-equipped Super nice and welcoming staff
A neat and clean, nearby metro station, various restaurants are available and Indian restaurants are very close.
In general it's clean, including the public area. They offer lugage storage, and they can speak English. Neer station, very convinient.
Only thing it’s missing The curtain is NOT Good PRIVACY for down bed . Even coz of the stairs ,still need whole-curtain pice is . Have no elevator.(can understood)
The hostel was nicely organized. Cool aesthetics , great kitchen and my room was really nice and spacious. Staff were great and the atmosphere was nice.
I like the common space, cleaner toilets than other hostel in Moscow. Located in Kitay-Gorod. Near in Eurspar which is the best.
I would like to say that the location of this place is extremely attractive for travelers who want to visit Moscow. It's only a 5-minute walk to Red Square, and there are banks and grocery stores nearby, so it's convenient. I am very satisfied with the location. Wi-Fi is also okay. Wi-Fi 6 was good in terms of technology, and the speed was not slow. It was okay not to see any bugs while staying at...
The girl at the front desk was super rude. I can’t tell if she’s like that with everyone or if it’s just me because I’m Asian. So, around 10 PM, I rang the doorbell downstairs, and when I got upstairs, this lady was kinda rude, asking if I actually lived there. I mean, I’d already been staying there for two days. Maybe she didn’t recognize me because of the shift changes, which is fair, and I even...
staff was really cool, speaking English, the cleaning lady was there every day cleaning, keeping the place neat it was a really great experience
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic—close to many attractions and amenities. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers!
Good location, 15 min. to red square, clean and quiet place. Highly recommended. The guy in reception was very helpful. There is free tea in the kitchen.

The receptionists are very friendly even though there is a slight language barrier but Google Translate helps easily. The only slight issue was that during our stay (first week of August) it was super hot and the fan in our room was not working properly but we understand that it was an exceptionally hot period for Moscow. The hostel location is great, rooms are clean and common area is excellent!
Good for short stay of 1~2 nights. Shared washrooms and separate for male and female. Also separate dormitory rooms for male and female. Kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary stuffs. For first time checkin you have to walk to 3rd floor. The elevator can only be accessed with a "special key" which you can get during checkin by depositing 500 rubles which is refundable.
A lot of stairs, lift only can be used with special key, so whenever you arrive you will have to do so by stairs. Key can be "rented" by leaving a deposit of 500 rubles which will be returned when you give back the key. Water runs out of the showers quickly. Nice kitchen / living room with TV. Very clean hostel. Perfect location Rooms without curtains, so bring a mask if you are sensitive to light
Very nice place! *Recommend. Hugs, Nino! Sincerely, Vitaly Platov.
Very surprised and pleased with the human attitude ! Clean, cozy, comfortable home atmosphere, thank you guys !!
In the center of Moscow, the conditions at the hostel are quite good. The kitchen is equipped. tea coffee sugar always and free. Shower and toilet clean and without queues. There is no shortage of Windows (under roof space), on the 5th floor-the Elevator has a secret, but the main music of the night from the cafe on the first floor (although during the day, so uhoidokalo that was perceived as a lullaby...
I spent two days here. The location is good, the hostel facility is ok, the toilets are clean, the internet facility is fine, drinking water is provided, and the staff are ok.
It states the reception is 24hs, the door is open 24hs, but the receptionist is never there!! I went at 6 and no one was there, I went back at 10. Finally I went at 14, and had to wait about an hour to get the receptionist. About the hostel, most of the people are living there. So rooms are just filled with personal stuff everywhere.
The staff was cooperative. The location was good. Common area was good too.
In one word: awful! The room smelled very, very bad. With the closets and hangers occupied and long-term travelers occupying the common property of the room. The room has no ventilation and my breathing in that room took years off my life!!! I didn't see anything clean there! The smell in the bathroom was so bad that I had to hold my breath for a few minutes while I was in the bathroom! The detergents...
no locker, one staff was especially very rude about language barrier. they havent provided registration form eventhough i asked for several times. bad place for foreign travellers
Location and Wi-Fi which was good
The location is for sure the best point of this hostel

A very unique experience for me I was afraid to not be at my aise but the capsules are really comfortable and you makes you feel you are in a single room. The toilets the bath the lounge room were perfect. They have different distributors for sandwiches snacks hot and cold drinks so you don't need to go out if you're hangry in midnight. But at our visit the elevator was not working it was so tiring...
Actually it was so interesting. You can take a small bed room like a capsule (that's why hotel name is capsule hotel). With reasonable price.(one day stay without booking was 1000 ruble) U can see modern artistic interior, friendly host, free shampoo (quality is good) and toothpaste also. Toilet, shower room is not private but it's cleaned well also modern style interior, i liked it. I'm definitely...
Very cozy, tidy, clean & nice interior. Toilets are very clean as well. Very helpful staffs and speak English very well. Do recommend great food nearby if you happen to ask. Only problem is the lift is not working
You are The Coolest in Moscow guys! This is a Very cool place for interesting people and experienced solo travelers. If you travel for job and need to relax in comfort you better choose something less interesting but quite. Consider that at molotoff capsule hotel there won't be a real quiet sleeping place and there are bathrooms a floor away from your bed. Despite all that I enjoyed staying there....

Friendly and helpful staff. Not very comfortable bed. Toilet and shower not very clean and tidy. However, very good location!! 5 stars for location, 3 stars for cleanness in the shower, toilet, kitchen (However, the room is clean).

While I was in Russia for the first time and I didn't knew any Russian (nor any knowledge of the cyrillic alphabet), I stayed a night at this hostel. Navigating from the airport to the hostel without a smartphone or map and all alone it quiet an adventure. Especially if the only foreign languages you know are English and French. It took me a few hours to get in the hostel, due to the fact that most...
First off: location is incredible. You really can't beat the price for it's phenomenal location. It's within walking distance to Red Square, and there is a metro stop just two blocks away. That alone made this hostel.. tolerable. It is very tiny, and everyone is packed together. The cleanliness was not great, the hostel staff took a while to 'warm up to us' and they slept on the sofas in the common...
It was a cool place to drop your things and to hit the streets of the red city. The thing is the hostel is not very clean nor it has a good environment to stick around. It looked like plenty of locals were actually living there.
The bed was musty af , fungus ridden beds where i stayed . Would never recommend anyone to stay here , the receptionist forced me in a dorm where he had only my nationality people .... I am in hostel to socialize with other countries as well ... smh . Why do you think I chose a hostel instead of a room :/. Overall very bad rooms and dirty beds , stayed for just 2 hours and checked out . very disgusting...

Is just the best place to have lodging in Moscow. If your first priority is save money. Doesn't have anything special but, to sleep and nothing more is a really good choice for few money. Doesn't have kitchen. To me, the best of it, is the place behind of the hostel, there are some bars, one vegan restaurant with excellent food some barber shops and hair dressers. Everything between a little field...
Not realy tidy but clean, the place need to be modernized, people are not really kind, neither helpful (they don't have any plans of moscow!!) A lot of people live here, that's like a family affair. But it stills a good experience and quite cheap and well located.
Pro: good location near the Kremlin and many metro station. Safe and nice area. Cons: Hostel located in a yard with bars and restaurants. Good if you want to eat something, but bad because they play music till late night, so not very easy to sleep. Bring earplugs. No security at all, the main door was always open and anyone could have entered the hostel. Same for each room; we did not have any key...
Almost perfect Hostel in the heart of the city. But there is a caveat, the Hostel is adjacent to 2 of music cafe. Accordingly, the music there sounds late on weekends to sleep is not an option. Consider this fact when checking in. Otherwise, everything is just perfect.
Nice location! Close to all the big sites in Moscow and close to two metro stops. The staff during our stay were pretty apathetic. No information about anything when we arrived including where things are in the city and the WiFi password. Cleaning staffed worked hard all day and night and seemed to be living in the 16 bed dorm. Some reviews suggest the staff is ever changing and could be good or bad...
Very cozy hostel in the center of the city, to the Kremlin - a couple of subways, subway very close. Behind the wall is a club, maybe for someone it is plus, but they are sometimes noisy.
