The lady at the front desk can communicate in English, but she doesn't have slippers, so she has to stand on the steps to take a shower, which is a bit uncomfortable. Mainly because it's very close to the airport. Yandex Go is just a taxi ride away, which is very convenient.

The check in process was too slow. I was tired and sleepy and I got to see chinese group was getting loud at check in counter. Then when my turn to check in, i was told to go to the other building, Alfa. When I was there, the girl doing the checking in taking too long…and on the phone a lot. I cant even stand and need to sit down because too much standing and waiting. At last i got my room at 9pm!...

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport by car. There's an airport shuttle service every 30 minutes (van). From the airport, you take the escalator and cross to the opposite side of the road to wait for the shuttle. It's a self-service system; you carry your own luggage. For the return trip, you don't need to book in advance; just wait for the shuttle to depart on time. The rooms are standard...

Novotel is the best as always. Breakfast is a bit simpler, but still decent. Comfortable bed and bathroom.

Frequency of Airport Shuttle service pickup from Airport is not punctual in comparison to other Hotels. Shuttle often gets delayed and more people accumalate to board the bus rahter than the available seating capacity. They should send buses more frequently atleast in the Winters.

Service is excellent, free shuttle from airport was great, it stops at Terminal C every 15 and 45 min ( for example at 3:15 and next at 3:45…and then again 4:15, and 4:45…) Breakfast was amazing definitely worth the money, room is everything we hoped for. Really enjoyed the stay, will definitely come back.

Right at the airport, where I neede to be for overnight stay before the early departure. Everything was great, the only problem I had was a card-key, a couple of times could not to unlock the door from first attempt. Very polite and welcoming staff.

Terrible hotel, initially they put me in a very shady and ugly room which smelled like cigarettes. If I hadn’t complained I’d have stayed in such an awful room. They don’t treat their guests well. The hotel maybe was 4 star. 20-30 years ago. Now it’s a complete wreck. For ex. all bath equipment was broken, I mean it was leaching, 1 of elevators is broken and looks like for a while, everything is old and nasty, there are old beds in the corridors, the beds are old and you don’t want to see what is under the sheet and etc. Never seen this kind of 4 star.

Good hotel, room clean and cosy, food ok, the buffet is not very rich but every day different, tasty food and average quality, not very cheap if not in fullboard. the animation is very nice, a good team, for kids a lot of activities. swimming pool, sauna is good, gym is very basic but ok. is a very good place for family both for short and long stay. the price is in the range for the quality of service

Our family vacation was from May 7th to 12th. It was very crowded on the weekends, but the only discomfort we felt was in the pool and spa area – visits were limited to every other day, an hour per room (the outdoor pool won't open until June 1st). I was very upset at first, but then I was distracted by the scooters and bicycles (included in the price), outdoor games, the salt cave, the bird yard...

Excellent hotel. A wonderful place for a family vacation. Lots of entertainment, excellent cosmetologists and massage therapists. Bicycles and roller skates are available for rent. The entertainment team is excellent. I'd especially like to commend the chef for his delicious, varied menu. We had a wonderful time, not far from Moscow.

Nice hotel, great for summer vacation.

I've only stayed here for a day during Rusfurence 2017, but I enjoyed the place. It's clean, cozy and offers a wide range of services - they even have stables, and they are available all year round. Spa is also present, making it a decent facility to relax and even maybe improve your health a little. The cuisine is really delicious. I'd definitely come back here someday.

Awesome place to stay with kids. Great animation, wonderful pool and decent food. You can order food in your room. They bring everything quickly and tasty. Animation is also held for adults, and in the evening there is a disco for those who want to dance. So a good place to relax and change the picture after working days.

Had a great 10 days in early June in the cottage, despite the weather, walking,going to the animation, swimming pools and a gym haven't worked unfortunately.
