We've stayed in Milan several times. The location is very convenient. There's enclosed parking, free for hotel guests. The service is good; they're quick to respond to calls and help with various tasks
It's always quite quiet and peaceful. We once had a loud group of people in the next room late at night, and the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue. However, there are some downsides
Unfortunately, it's completely impossible to sleep on it; when unfolded, there's a height difference between the sections, which isn't smoothed out by the provided topper, and the sections are of different firmness
OOO Milan is a separate issue, clean, warm, cozy, they don’t allow smoking in the rooms, they fine you 10,000 rubles. Cool when on the 21st floor, the view is excellent on Kashirskoye Highway
Nice rooms, but very, in my opinion, hot and stuffy, because the air conditioning equipment is turned off for the autumn-winter period, and there is no possibility to open the windows
When we booked, we were told that two adults and one child would be staying, but there were only enough towels, dental kits, glasses, and bottles of water for two people

Spa is good, sauna 80-90, it could be warmer of course, but you can't please everyone. Cleaners in the spa area do not cut corners, they clean water from the floor
We were in Palmira Business Club, they decorated it with rose petals, and here there were 3 electric candles and two embroidered hearts of some kind, they are not very good) 😉 In general, the only downside was a stain on the floor when checking in

Great staff, cleaning every day, nice, cozy, warm. The only thing is Pyaterochka on the 1st floor, where it is very dirty and noisy in the autumn-winter period.

The place is super, have been there 5 times with a big company. I always liked everything, but as soon as the restaurant opened, the cuisine changed for the worse.
I really like to be in these saunas comfortable, not stuffy. Canopies are comfortable. Nice, cozy, delicious. 🙂
Awesome place! After fragrant steam in the bath, we plunged into the pool with a dive into the street and a run into a hot font with pine needles! We left feeling light and refreshed! The children were given special children's bathrobes, which was unexpected and doubly pleasant
