We've stayed in Milan several times. The location is very convenient. There's enclosed parking, free for hotel guests. The service is good; they're quick to respond to calls and help with various tasks

Unfortunately, it's completely impossible to sleep on it; when unfolded, there's a height difference between the sections, which isn't smoothed out by the provided topper, and the sections are of different firmness
OOO Milan is a separate issue, clean, warm, cozy, they don’t allow smoking in the rooms, they fine you 10,000 rubles. Cool when on the 21st floor, the view is excellent on Kashirskoye Highway
Nice rooms, but very, in my opinion, hot and stuffy, because the air conditioning equipment is turned off for the autumn-winter period, and there is no possibility to open the windows

Spa is good, sauna 80-90, it could be warmer of course, but you can't please everyone. Cleaners in the spa area do not cut corners, they clean water from the floor
We were in Palmira Business Club, they decorated it with rose petals, and here there were 3 electric candles and two embroidered hearts of some kind, they are not very good) 😉 In general, the only downside was a stain on the floor when checking in
