Bathroom doors don't close well (they also creak). The carpeting in the rooms needs to be changed. Overall, the impressions are good, but without criticism there will be no growth

We stopped in from a hotel across the street for dinner. Novotel has an atmospheric lobby with large seating area in potted plant “jungle” like setting, live piano music and comfy bar / patio seating area

You can spend and accrue Aeroflot-bonus points, although everything is done for a long time on an antediluvian terminal running on Windows'98 operating system (it's a pity for the time spent by the staff)

The room was comfortable, with a safe, kettle, bottled water, tea, and coffee. Our room overlooked the hotel's inner hallway, and the curtains completely blocked out the light, making it comfortable to sleep

Excellent hotel across the street from Vnukovo airport. There is a swimming pool, gym, conference hall. European design, high quality service.

We were given a welcome chocolate chip cookie upon check in. The windows of the room overlooked the park. The hotel has a pool but we didn't use it. The breakfast is good, well cooked and lots of choice

Very clean and quiet hotel with gift warm cookies during check-in and perfect breakfast. If you get lucky you can get a room with the Vnukovo Airport view. Bed is also very comfortable.

But what really makes a difference are the staff there! Waitresses and the Chefs! Very friendly people with a big smile on their faces, helpful, efficient and with a kind heart!!! Waitress Tamara, such a sweetheart, very hard working girl, was all around the restaurant, taking care of all the guests, was even having a time to make a coffee for us, which is really nice and sweet of her! And of course...

Our room was not cleaned on daily basis and sometime on the bed is done and everything else is untouched including the bathroom. Rooms were very hot and there was no control on the radiators.

Overall it's pretty good, the service staff can speak simple English. It is close to the airport and many Chinese crews also stay in this hotel. There are shopping malls and Auchan supermarkets about 4 kilometers away

The Sheraton at the airport is not as good as the one in the city. If it weren't for flying to St. Petersburg the next day, I wouldn't have stayed near the airport

The place is ideal for a company holiday. Large comfortable cottages where you can sit well in the common room. There is everything you need to relax. Pleased with its own cooler in each cottage

In the morning this is an invaluable plus :) tired of sitting in a cottage? Forward to the main building with a bar, restaurant, bowling, billiards and Karaoke! Open pool!! This is especially cool in winter

A great place to stay with children. There is a huge room for children, play machines, a labyrinth, a lot of toys. There were two times in winter. Several saunas, a large pool + paddling pool for kids

We've stayed in Milan several times. The location is very convenient. There's enclosed parking, free for hotel guests. The service is good; they're quick to respond to calls and help with various tasks

A decent hotel for a reasonable price. Breakfasts are ok for a 4-star hotel, nothing special, but everything is edible. The location is excellent, right next to Kashirskaya Plaza.

Free shuttle goes to the Hotel every 30 minuts, you can find it near Exit 2 of Domestic terminal, the shuttle bus locates near red big buses. Very clean rooms, breakfast cost 1200 rub.

This is one of the best hotels in the Moscow region. We've stayed here more than ten times, three times last year. The grounds are huge and beautiful, with lots of trees, making it a lovely place to stroll

I really liked the pool and thermal complex, there are SPA services. There is a children's room and animation. Family vacation, highly recommended

The boarding house is surrounded by greenery, a magnificent walkway, a pond with footbridges and a gazebo, a boat station, many sports fields and picnic areas
