Im the only guest in there last night, I felt like home . The hotel is very good and clean, also the scenery is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, just in time to remind me of the aurora. I will choose this hotel next time!!!

The room is clean and nice. It can see the seaside from the balcony and we have an unforgettable trip with aurora.

The room was rather small, but the breakfast was a nice touch. Although the portions were small, it was very convenient given the cold weather. Hot water was plentiful. Though small, it had everything you needed.

The room was small but good value for money. They had 1-2 vegetarian options in breakfast. Food area was open all day for self meal preparation and drinking water. Staff was helpful but was not available whole day.

The entrance is a bit hard to get in. If you have big luggage you have to ask the car to pick you up inside. There’s no hotel sign outside the hotel.

If you walk down a bit, you get magnificent view of the kola bay. Alyosha monument is also accessible by walk. There is a nearby bus stop and Magnit store for groceries

The room was quite clean, and the shower water was very comfortable, but the showerhead was too high; perhaps it's designed for taller people like those in Europe and America. There's a kitchen available, so you can cook your own meals. The heating was excellent. The triple room has one single bed and one bunk bed. The view behind the building is quite beautiful.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. The room is perfect for a single traveler. The most important thing is the convenient location. The downsides are: 10 out of 10 noise levels and a very steep staircase to the 2nd/3rd floors.

Front desk helped us to find another driver. Even though we can only communicate through communication app, she is very helpful and patient. We stayed here from 24th jan to 27th jan 2025. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Heating is very nice. They have a big kitchen which is on sharing basis. I dont have anything to complaint at all. This is a very remote place and having found such a great place to stay, i am very grateful. There is a grocery store just 200 meters away from this hotel. There you can find almost every basic need products...

We were unlucky with the weather, so we spent only half an hour at the farm. Good thing we bought the tour. The tour guide kindly told us about everyone. It was fun to feed the animals. My son enjoyed feeding the goats and rabbits the most. My new love is Alpacino - a handsome alpaca! You can go once. Perfect for animal lovers.

The most amazing thing here is the staff! Breakfast os awesome. We had porridge, eggs, pancakes with honey. We booked a separate room which is located away from main building of the hotel (it is flat with everything you need). For far away northern small russian town - it is the good place to rest.
