The best hotel in Murmansk! The location and service are excellent, but the prices can be steep. We booked a special rate through a travel agency. Still, if you have the chance, stay here! The hotel is the city center's calling card and an integral part of the historic district. The views—if you can get a room higher up and get the right view—are incredibly beautiful. We had a Junior Suite Smart with a view of everything: the square and the port. Breakfast is served in the Arktika restaurant, which has a simple, Scandinavian-inspired interior. Everything is delicious, and if you choose a table by the window, you can admire the waking city and greet it with a cup of coffee.

+ Worst hotels, front office staff is so rude and always angry.
- on my check in only they inform no wifi in hotel and will be back in 2 days, after 2 days also they refused to provide wifi.

It's a bit unusual that the hotel is located in an office building... But overall, everything is good, clean, cozy. The breakfast is varied and high-quality.

+ I went to the hotel after 4 am without a reservation. The hotel staff understood my situation, found me a room, and even served me hot coffee. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and the hotel staff were friendly, although their English was not very good. The hotel room was very clean and the view was great. Next time I go to Murmansk again, I will 100% stay at the AZIMUT hotel. It is a clean and nice room. It's hard to find anything lacking. This is a very good hotel for the price.

If possible, always book this hotel. If you care and give you a room on a high floor, you will enjoy unique views of the center of Murmansk and its roofs, hills, seaport and monuments. The receptionists are always helpful and impeccably polite. Thanks to the staff!
