- Not safe for your belongings, which are compatible in size. I am an Indian citizen who has traveled all seven continents and around the world, visiting nearly 54 countries. For my expeditions experience, I visited Murmansk and Terberika recently to explore the Arctic Circle and checked in this meridian hotel suggested by ZenHotels . The real story: I had been staying at this hotel in Murmansk for the past four days. Yesterday morning, while I was away on a short trip to the mountains, I removed the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign from my door. The housekeeping team then entered and cleaned the room. Today, while packing my bags, I realized that My trolley bag zipper slide had broken, and the someone robbed my few belongings had taken it and kept it the trolley as it was. The items were “my Yves Saint Laurent perfume 200ML and Sephora make up brush and few valuables were missing . I was shocked to see this and went to reception and reported at that night at 10pm . They don’t know English and answering me using the translation app . We will look into it by reviewing security footage. It is disappointing that the 5 star hotel has not taken this matter seriously. They did not verify the situation or check my room where the incident occurred. They even don’t know English; they message in the app using a translator. There is a security team at the desk, but they didn’t even ask how it happened. They were quietly laughing at international travelers. I strongly believe that the housekeeping staff took my perfume, which was inside my bag, during yesterday’s cleaning. Its value is 12600 Russian rubles, approximately 162 USD. Fortunately, I had kept my 2500 USD currency , my passports and other travel documents and a few huda beauty products and as well as my Gucci sunglasses kept in the safety locker. So, those weren’t stolen. The safe provided is only suitable for smaller items. I am also relieved that I didn’t bring my DSLR and GOPro camera to this hotel. T

- We don’t like the manager who stores the luggage very much. When we stored our luggage, he was impatient and sluggish. He gave us a note, but he didn‘t tell me how to remove the tape. We haven’t used this note, so we don‘t know how to use. He saw that we didn‘t know how to use it and then became very impatient and reluctantly. This is not the quality that a person engaged in the service industry should have at all!!!

Great hotel in Murmansk. There are always free rooms. Of course, it is better to book in advance, through booking, then the cost will be slightly lower, otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend :)

Gorgeous! Pleased with the absence of checkout time, if you rent a room at 5 am for a day, then you live there until 5 am the next day. Great cafe on the ground floor.

Great hotel, great location, comfortable rooms. Of the minuses: there was only one bathrobe in the room, even after contacting the reception, the second bathrobe was not brought. There is no smoking room, which is not normal for such a huge building, given that there is also no place equipped for this purpose on the street.

A worthy alternative to Azimuth. On a night out, breakfast was replaced with dinner without any problems (choice from the half board menu - in my case it was salad, cod with rice and tea). The city center has a beautiful view and easy movement. Quality / price ratio at the level. Recommend

A very comfortable hotel. The room is completely soundproofed, nothing is heard from behind the door. Fast Wi-Fi, delicious European breakfast. I rested.

Located in the city center. Convenient parking. Excellent interior decoration. Excellent view of the 5 corners square, where the main city entertainment events take place.
