Staff was extremely rude, he literally said - Get out because we were late because of his own washroom water not operating.

Loved the vibe of the house ! Fab view , but owner seriously needs to improve on his behaviour, if 12 is checkout he needs to wait atleast fr 15-20 mins , the cold out was in minus and he just wanted to us leave immediately unless we said no we won’t and left at 12:15 !

The resort is around 30minutes from the town,but when you get in there you will love this place. There are many husky and the activities. The owner gave us very warm welcome. For the room, they have fully furnished facilities, it's all look new and clean. And we are lucky we can see the Northern light just in front of our igloo.

Excellent team. The staff took good care of all the little demands of the clients who were travelling with me during our aurora hunting tour. We stayed here for 3 nights and it is Perfect for group travel and all rooms / amenities are new so it's a lot better than other 4 star hotels we tried in Murmansk city!

Very nice, cosily beautiful rooms - but in some places the renovation has not been completed, wires are sticking out. Smiling and friendly staff. Nice reception. Rooms for taste and wallet. Free Wi-Fi. The organization took me an economy for a day. The room has (TV, kettle, towel, mug + spoon and fork) Something from personal hygiene can be purchased at the reception.

The room was great, with plenty of hot water and excellent heating. I'm very satisfied!

This hotel is quite unique, with its log cabins. It has heating, and the owner even provided two extra electric heaters, so staying warm isn't a problem at all. There are few cars at the airport, and taxis are hard to find. It's much easier to take a bus to the city's train station and then take a taxi to the hotel.

Environment: The cabins are great value for money at just over 200 yuan. Cleanliness: Quite clean. Service: The hotel staff, including the guard dogs, were very helpful ❤️, especially the uncle who greeted us.

Luggage storage is available at the front desk. The dogs are adorable and belong to the hostel, so feel free to pet them! The area is quiet and close to a ski resort. The accommodations are quite basic, sleeping two in the loft and three on the first floor. The stairs are quite steep, making it difficult to get luggage up to the loft. The cabin was beautiful, but there was no hairdryer, the bathroom was too basic, there was no heating, the disposable amenities were terrible, and the shoes were as thin as cicada wings. However, there was a microwave, and we ate king crab there.

An excellent accommodation option for a large company. Huge living room, comfortable bedrooms, barbecue area.

Very good sports facilities. Comfortable cabins with 4 rooms and a wardroom for each entrance. All the necessary office equipment and kitchen utensils are in excellent condition. An ideal place for a company of 10-15 people.

Everything was fine, But in the first room the door creaks terribly 🚪, but I really liked it, atmospheric 😊 I advise!
