It's clearly a long-established hotel, renovated and fully equipped. Located in the city center, it's easy to find. All the necessary amenities are there, even two ATMs

All in all the hotel could offer much better experience if staff was more hospitable

The room was nice, the bed was a bit soft, and every staff member was very welcoming. They even gave us fruit on our first day, which was a thoughtful touch.

The staff was polite and helped us with all the difficulties. Located near the Murmansk mall. There is a private parking lot, quite large

Even the single rooms are spacious, with great heating and views. I didn't understand why it had such low ratings before, but after staying there, I understand. First, even at reception, very few staff speak English

Facilities: Overall, it's a small but well-equipped place. There's a refrigerator, hairdryer, and hand soap, but no tissues. For extended stays, disposable toothbrushes and water weren't provided

They gave me a free room upgrade, which was quite spacious. The TV swivels, so you can watch it from either the sofa or the bed. The bathroom and shower are L-shaped. I didn't get a chance to use the other facilities

The area right outside the hotel is currently under renovation, so to get to the McDonald's across the street or the plaza in front of Meridian, you have to walk all the way around

One of the top hotels in Murmansk, and probably the tallest building in the area, it is considered a landmark. There are abundant commercial and supporting facilities in the surrounding area

This is the best hotel in the area. It's close to the train station, and also convenient to the shopping mall and McDonald's, which are right across the street

Opposite the hotel is the northernmost McDonald's, as well as a pharmacy and a supermarket, which is very convenient! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and it is perfect to serve until 11 o'clock! The only regret is that the gym needs to open at 10 o'clock in the morning, not 24 hours

Opening the curtains, you can see the house with seagulls, which is a pleasant surprise! The hotel is not far from the train station, and you can almost walk to the city walk

Great hotel in Murmansk. There are always free rooms. Of course, it is better to book in advance, through booking, then the cost will be slightly lower, otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend :)

Great hotel, great location, comfortable rooms. Of the minuses: there was only one bathrobe in the room, even after contacting the reception, the second bathrobe was not brought

Gorgeous! Pleased with the absence of checkout time, if you rent a room at 5 am for a day, then you live there until 5 am the next day. Great cafe on the ground floor.

There is no smoking room, which is not normal for such a huge building, given that there is also no place equipped for this purpose on the street

Good location. It's on the 3re floor. You can ask the hotel's staff to call someone help to carry your luggage. Breakfast serve from 7 to 10 am which is excellent.

The room is clean and beauty. They have everything you want to use in room. Location is good to walk around in Murmansk. And last thing, service from staff is awesome!!!

The hotel is nothing to stop you. But I was in a period when there was no heating and it is all spoiled. push-UPS and pull, turn on the warm water in the bathroom! Generally fun! Photos do not do cold

Those that drop out to work still holding, and those that watch home, they're disgusting, hence the conclusion, when I see in the way of a bunch of alcoholics

The room was fine, with hostel-like facilities. I booked it in a hurry as I was rushing to the mall. I really liked the young lady at the front desk; she kept complimenting my nails, haha

Due to there’s a hole in my roof i can see outside actually. bcos the wall is grey color and decoration is brown wood color made it hard to see mosquitos. so two nights there both terrible sleep

I would like to suggest the hotel set up a table and a chair in each room, so that the guest can use computer/laptop in own room instead of go to Common Room (Kitchen).

Everything else was good, but soundproofing and providing a quiet, restful environment are fundamental for any hotel

The room was surprisingly good. Very comfortable, and the refrigerator was a huge plus. The hotel provides breakfast from 7-10 am, which was quite tasty. I stayed in a room on the first floor

The hotel is a three-story building, and quite a few Chinese guests stayed there. The cheapest room is on the top floor, a sloping roof type, but it doesn't affect rest

Since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, I recommend that tourists visiting Murmansk in the summer choose rooms on the first or second floor if the temperature is above 25 degrees Celsius (during my trip, it was 28 degrees Celsius in the Arctic Circle, and I didn't sleep well all night)

There's a 24-hour supermarket (similar to IKEA) right across the street, with a wide variety of products, which is very convenient. The hotel has an adorable milk cat that isn't afraid of people and you can pet it

There was no private toilet or shower; we shared one, as shown in the picture. The bathroom was very clean, so there were no major issues

The hotel is located in the city centre. If you're planning for a budget hotel with easy access to the city, Gubernskij is the best.

In the top hotels of Murmansk, the price per day is from 8-10 thousand rubles. There is everything for a comfortable stay. However, the hotel is located in the center and there are enough places to "eat" here

The receptionist ladies are very nice and friendly. They will try their best to help on your request. They sent the portable heater to our room when we said the room is cold

The hotel is kind of old but it has everything that needed. The location is very good as well. Hence, it is definately a good choice for budget trip

Safety area every room has they are own password. Its was very hood on it. And good admin who good support.

Nice small hotel and very convenient! Location is near Murmansk Mall (15 minutes walk) and easy to go to the centre of Murmansk City (20 mknutes walk). The room is enough for solo also couple to travel together
