I didn't take it. The hotel is out of the way, everywhere in the city. Car parking for 4 maximum. From the window, a view of the fence and a noisy highway. You open the window, it's noisy. Double room, in tambtsre 2 rooms - shower, toilet for 4 - x. Room 2200. Breakfast was not included. Small selection of dishes. And the price of a business lunch. Number as you can see cheerful colors. Opposite the number was on the scale - "pull out the eye." On the plus side, it's clean and quiet. Polite administrator.

I must say right away that this rating does not apply to the hotel itself. Back in the summer, we booked a gazebo in advance according to the reviews of friends, but due to the cold autumn weather, we decided to re-order the event on the 4th floor of the hotel cafe-kitchen "At home", the site has all the conditions for booking. We came and looked, everything was fine. Immediately asked to reschedule the reservation. We received a positive response. The only thing that the administrator had to discuss with the director was whether it was possible to start in the gazebo, and then move to the 4th floor, but we immediately abandoned this idea. And also to clarify about the toilet, since there is none on the 4th floor. As a result: 4 days before the event we make a control call and it turns out that no one specified anything, all the agreements were only in words and the director does not allow the event to be held for 17 people, on the 4th floor... Although the information on the website is up to 20 people. I had to look for another place for a couple of days. It's good that the money was returned, but the sediment remained. In the "At home" cafe-kitchen on the 4th floor, events are carried out only by hotel staff. It is a pity that the weather did not allow to gather in the gazebo, judging by the reviews, an excellent secluded place for a large company.

Very good hotel. I often travel on business trips and stay in different hotels and hotels.
Pros: the hotel is neat, freshly renovated, the rooms are spacious (some have a balcony), TV, kettle, dishes, refrigerator, hair dryer, everything is present. Good and helpful staff. There is a kitchen where breakfasts and dinners are prepared, and you can cook yourself. Near the bus station, from where you can get to anywhere in the city or region.
Cons: 2 stops to the nearest supermarket. Poorly catches wi-fi in rooms far from the reception.

I spent the night in a room for 1500 rubles. Everything you need is there. There is no refrigerator, the window overlooks the highway, which is now being repaired around the clock. In hot weather, do not open the window, it will be noisy and exhausts ...
