We called in advance, asked about availability and booked 2 rooms. Leave the administrator their contact details and phone number for communication. At the agreed time (3 hours after the call) arrived at the hotel. There is no administrator. There is only one free room. The guard brought a cot and bedding for the third guest. I replied to a request for a cup of tea, quoting "Far behind him to go."
This alone was surprised. Further more. On one bed there was dirty bed linen - stained and with an unpleasant smell. The second bed, fortunately, was made up with fresh linen. For the clamshell they brought a ragged darned sheet (!!!), 2 towels were also torn. When asked to bring a blanket (it was cold), the guard replied that he did not know where to take them and that “they do not do security at all”. For the number I took 2000 in cash and retired. To say that we are in shock - to say nothing ... There has never been such a service in my life)

Shabby interior. We were there in winter. Large room and cold. I came there and immediately asked how much the kebab cost - 350. In the bill it was already 370. When I asked why in the menu they themselves said that it was 350, but in the bill it was 370 - we haven’t changed the menu yet, we forgot, +% to the service. Potatoes cost 70₽. We took 4 servings. In the bill, the potatoes now cost 320₽ for 4 servings. The menu says Rich juice, but they brought Favorite, which costs almost twice as much in the store. I was with my family and didn’t want to argue at all. Overall the rating is unsatisfactory!
The cafe is shabby, reminiscent of an eatery for truckers, the toilet is dirty, everything is shabby everywhere, the renovation in the hall seems to be modern, but tired, it’s cold in the hall, the waiters are not particularly concerned about caring about customers
