- It was noisy in the lobby in the first evening, as they were hosting a wedding party. Next day, everything was just fine.

Great Hotel... Radisson is great as usual... One good thing is they have the receptionist, Restaurant persons who is knowing English and it was very useful for persons who don't know Russian.
Rooms are neat, clean and spacious... Rates are less as I got a discount of Rub 2000 from regular price of Rub 5200 with breakfast.
Staff are very co-operative.
Nice stay and had already recommended this Radisson to my colleagues...

You can't expect to be like the hotels in Moscow or St Petersburg, but the services is good for a hotel far away from the main cities. The room is a bit small, but it is clean and tidy.

Not match the price and quality of rooms. In particular, the room does not have refrigerator, painted wall children, sink into the cracks and chipped, the bottom of the bed and carpet were stained, the bedside table some crumbs. The room was on the 4th floor, but prevent the cries of the restaurant staff. Apparently, They just from the other side come to rest and have a smoke. In the pool, overall, is fine, but water in the Jacuzzi smell some unpleasant. Yeah, not to mention almost boorish communication from Anastasia at the reception.

Best hotel in the city! A bit pricy but spa is really good (except that sometimes the pool is too crowded and you cant swim...) the steam bath and saunas are good. Free soap available at the shower. Breakfast is decent. Staff is freiendly but almost noone speaks english. The bar is really expensive, hookah is ok. Rooms are good and clean

Old Soviet building. No air conditioning. Hotel guests are forced to pay 20+ Euro per person to use swimming pool. So sad that this hotel is "4stars by radisson"

Their stars meets the Breakfast delicious buffet of nice bonuses - in the morning, a free Spa centre with pool.

Their stars match, even a continental Breakfast with grits and bacon available. The only wish, the stronger the bacon fry it would be necessary. Still weird, but in a standard room, no air conditioning, stuffy in the summer. And - super, the best hotel in the area.
