Stayed there 30 Sep - 4 Oct 2017. The cottages are cozy indeed, the service is just horrible.
When we arrived, there were some problems with Wi-Fi, and they did not get fixed throughout our stay. Neither did the cottages get cleaned (or even garbage taken away) during the four days.
The policy of the restaurant is to feed leftovers first to guests: one morning we were told they had run out of eggs & could not served scrambled eggs. When we insisted, they found some, however made us (the only guests at the restaurant at the time) wait for the meal (scrambled eggs!) for 20 or so minutes.
There were constantly lots of dishes unavailable, and those that were available (pancakes, red beet soup) seemed cooked a day before.
The female waiter was quite nice, the male one was just the opposite: arrogant, without a single 'here you are', 'thank you' or smile, serving guests with his hands in his pockets. I did not feel welcomed, and neither did my co-workers. BETTER TO BE AVOIDED.

A very worthy place. We noted NG 2022, housed in 3 houses, prices bite, breakfasts are meager. Porridge, scrambled eggs, casserole, one day there was an egg, and hot drinks. No vegetables and fruits. But we didn’t come, since we had a kitchen in one of the big houses and we had our fun. The house has a chic hairdryer, the girls will understand me, the bedding and the mattress are top notch. Sometimes the lights turn off, be prepared. And the water is hot from the column, be prepared for this. I liked the place so much, if the borders do not open, we will come here again. 14 people rested for us.

In the bosom of nature - a good tourist paradise, houses and a hotel of quite European level of comfort, a bath and the river Msta, above which stands Lyubytino - Khutor. The children also like it very much: the house and rabbitry, lambs and ducks, a proud turkey and a cat named Borsch - all this is charming and home-like. In addition, tasty food in the restaurant: local food, good cooks. We will go for the weekend and not only! You can also conduct business events!
