Good afternoon, I want to write a review for this wonderful hotel, the view from the window is beautiful, everything is perfect, clean bed linen, very polite and friendly staff, everything is very clean. Most importantly, at a very reasonable price!
Great Hotel... Radisson is great as usual... One good thing is they have the receptionist, Restaurant persons who is knowing English and it was very useful for persons who don't know Russian. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious... Rates are less as I got a discount of Rub 2000 from regular price of Rub 5200 with breakfast. Staff are very co-operative. Nice stay and had already recommended this Radisson...

Excellent location, immaculately clean and comfortable. Check-in a little slow, but there was a conference on at the time with many checking in and only one person on reception. Many rooms, if not all, lack air conditioning but good fresh air with windows that can be opened.
Excellent room, good quality decoration and bedding, included hygiene items such as shampoos, slippers and a toothbrush. They met us halfway and checked us in even earlier than the agreed time, since we were off the train and the room was already ready, and on the last day we were able to leave our things in the storage room after check-out and until the return train. The building dates back to 1959 but has been renovated recently. The public areas and the restaurant are very stylish. Some of the rooms are rather modest but functional and well maintained - providing an excellent value.

Stayed for a weekend at the end of February with a family with children. The hotel is clean, quiet and welcoming. Family rooms are large, bright, with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast buffet for a solid four. The employees are friendly, efficient, friendly, helpful - beyond praise. A good combination of quality/price. Convenient location, nice cafe at the 1st floor. The rooms are no frills, but quite comfortable.
Nice hotel. Located in the center and the rooms fresh. Two problems: there is no Elevator and when I stayed in did not have double standards with a large bed, only two. Maybe something has changed since then.

It's great that there is a swimming pool (from 8 to 22 h) with heated floors, sunbeds. Very nice and caring staff at the reception and in the restaurant at breakfast. I returned after 4 years and I found many improvements in a place that is already pleasant and nearing completion. the managers and staff are of a kindness that sets them apart. I have always found a lot of availability and absolute cleanliness. As written 4 years ago .... if I were to return to the city I would come again and to date I can only recommend it.
Clean. Breakfast - omelet or scrambled eggs, or oatmeal, or pancakes. Tea, coffee. In the shower not so good coming off the water in the drain. Definitely need slates.

stayed with family for a night in this guest house. we loved it, believe me, there mentally! the price tag is budget, Breakfast included. the Breakfast was delicious at home! we will definitely stay there again, if again it will be in Novgorod!
