I don't know how it is with others, but with regular customers, the administrators are very friendly! Very clean rooms (towels 3 pieces, shower set, sparkling water is always on the fridge). Your own mini kitchen where you can always pour water, warm the kettle, there is a microwave, stove. When booking, you need to pay attention to the order with breakfast, for example, for booking 2500 single room, upon check-in you will be offered a menu. If you want to eat in the evening, you can go to Magnit (5 min), well, or Caravan, a chain that has homemade food, you can also order food at the hotel from the administration. My room always has a bathroom in the room. Thank you dear administrators for a delicious breakfast 😍😘

Hotel near the center! The rooms are big, the ceilings are high! Toilet and shower for 2 rooms! Wi-Fi is, thank God! There is no breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is a cafe nearby too! Shop pyaterochka here is your food! Bed, 2 towels and everything else to the administrator! 21st century in the yard, people!

Excellent hotel. Cleanly. Cosy. In real life, the hotel is nicer than in the photo. They would have a professional photographer for the correct presentation of the hotel. Delicious breakfast served in the morning. And the price is much lower than in hotels that have been called before. And the manager is friendly. Thanks from the guests of Kazan 😊

I would like to note very positively the room itself, large spacious with two double beds. The room rate includes tea and cold water, but that's it.
On the same floor there is a billiard table, maybe it’s nothing, but when you want to write a report in the evening or relax after a long sitting behind the wheel. If you want to relax, go deal with a lover to play.
The shower stall is working at 30% of the original. The toilet is not fixed.
There are no payment terminals, only cash. The views from the window are half Penza, and other rooms look at the roof. At the entrance to the parking lot and the hotel itself, there is a long-open well littered with garbage and flooded with water, right in the middle of the passage. You won’t be able to fly into it without consequences for the structure of the car. In general, I accidentally wandered into this hotel, from no origin. I will try not to book a room there again.
