Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Comfortable bed, good linens. Air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer - everything is available, it works properly.
Of the minuses - very poor sound insulation of the walls. Conversations can be heard in the next room. And Wi-Fi is not very stable. A rather weak signal.
Breakfast is good and quite varied. True, all the days that I went to breakfast and asked to fry scrambled eggs, I received it every time in a burnt form.
Quite a decent option for one / two nights.
Please note the location: the hotel is located right in the backyard of a house. Not around at on the waterfront and in the yard. Beautiful views of the Kama, don't wait.
The location itself is very convenient. Close to many schools, promenade and close to the main streets.
The hotel is very quiet.
Strange enough Breakfast buffet. Bring the menu and come to enjoy the "buffet". The second run I never failed )))
What we liked:
the building stands in the yard, no noise of cars at night

- cool lighting for corridors,
- evacuation scheme glows in the dark :)
What's not to like:
- a bit dark in the room,
a restaurant is more expensive, than in Moscow.
