Watch out: this hotel copies your full passport, so called for immigration purposes. Could be, but I do not trust hotel people with my full copied passport. If immigration wants to copy, they must do it. Not other people. Avoid this city if you like your privacy.

Nice location in a quiet place. Within walking distance from the embankment, there are a couple of cafes and a shop nearby. The center is 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a strip club in the hotel building, in the other wing.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Comfortable bed, good linens. Air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer - everything is available, it works properly.

Of the minuses - very poor sound insulation of the walls. Conversations can be heard in the next room. And Wi-Fi is not very stable. A rather weak signal.

Breakfast is good and quite varied. True, all the days that I went to breakfast and asked to fry scrambled eggs, I received it every time in a burnt form.

Quite a decent option for one / two nights.

Lovely hotel in Perm. Honestly worth its 4*. Lived in connected and was very happy with the quality of room, furniture and comfort.
Please note the location: the hotel is located right in the backyard of a house. Not around at on the waterfront and in the yard. Beautiful views of the Kama, don't wait.
The location itself is very convenient. Close to many schools, promenade and close to the main streets.
The hotel is very quiet.
Strange enough Breakfast buffet. Bring the menu and come to enjoy the "buffet". The second run I never failed )))

The hotel is awesome. This is not some Soviet-refreshed rooms and suites, is a new hotel, built from the ground straight arms for people.
What we liked:
the building stands in the yard, no noise of cars at night
- fresh and stylish room
- fast Wi-Fi,
- cool lighting for corridors,
- evacuation scheme glows in the dark :)
What's not to like:
- a bit dark in the room,
a restaurant is more expensive, than in Moscow.
