It is located conveniently enough. Near shops, cafes, a large shopping center within walking distance. By taxi from the airport, the journey takes about 30-40 minutes.
The hotel differs from many in that it is located in a residential building. And even if you immediately find the sign, this does not guarantee that you will find the reception as quickly as possible (spoiler, on the elevator to the second floor). It would seem that there is no disaster, but I would suggest working with navigation and information boards.
On check-in, you are offered to immediately choose your breakfast, which will be brought to your room in the morning - service, no questions asked. But how convenient it is is a question. In the order, you indicate the delivery time of breakfast, so if you overslept or did not manage to get out of the shower, be prepared for a knock on the door and an urgent search for a towel so as not to frighten the staff. In my opinion, it is more convenient to go out on your own, at a time when you are ready and want to go out for breakfast.
The number itself is good, but there is still no question of such a number of stars, which is declared on the front door. Yes, the room has everything you need, they bring two small bottles of water every day, which is great. But for a room with so many stars, the minimum soundproofing and the marriage on the duvet cover (hole, small, but still a hole) is in no way suitable.
About soundproofing. Either I was lucky with the neighbors, or ... But the feeling that they are laughing and talking right in your room is very disturbing.
For breakfast, yes, it's not convenient for me to wait for delivery and adjust my rhythm to delivery, but breakfast is fine. Porridge, omelet, fruit salad, etc.
For a one-time visit, the hotel is normal, on the next business trip whether I will stay there - I'm not sure.
