Excellent hotel, the conference room manager is the best!

Decent hotel. Good rooms, polite staff, quality food. We have been staying with the team for several years in this chain of hotels in Perm. Special thanks to the director of the hotels, he personally controls the entire process of our stay at the hotel.

Convenient location. Modern hotel, the rooms of which have everything you need without extra charges (including bathroom sets, bathrobe). Competent staff.

We were passing through Perm. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. There is parking, the service at the reception is fast. Breakfasts are standard. We took a semi-luxury room - for 5 (clean, quiet,). For those who have bad habits - you can't smoke on the balcony. The paradox is that there is a balcony but the windows do not open. But this did not bother us, since there was no such need.

Everything seems to be fine. Quiet calmly. I've been staying here for maybe 12 years already, if I'm not confusing anything. A little dated, but overall ok

Very satisfied with this hotel. It fully corresponds to the stars that are on the signboard at the entrance. The staff is polite and well trained. Despite the pandemic, breakfasts are available and they are good. We ate a few times and enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Never had an electronic key not work. There is a separate air conditioner. If you are traveling by car, there is free secure parking on the right side of the hotel with 24-hour access for guests to their cars.
