Reviews
Registration from my booking by Expedia took few minutes. They even accepted my short notice early check-in (paid) and provided breakfast. Cleanliness of rooms and all tools are great. Loved the electric plugs right next to bed in large numbers. My gadgets needs chargers next to me. Wifi service is fast. Elevator to all floors. Heard of the indoor swimming pool but haven't used it yet. Breakfast was excellent although space is not that big and I thought i might not find a seat tomorrow.
Downsides are not making me reduce the stars even one (but i am on first day so we'll see). Room didn't have a Air Conditioner but they provided fan. Perm is not yet hot to me I need that. Construction site right next to my window (cannot blame them but requesting to change room and hope they can).
Location is not that premium, but to my surprise, it wasn't bad wither. Easy parking, and few 100s of meters to the north or south and i am on great areas of Perm's amenities and attractions.
Will put up updates if I changed my mind on the 5 stars.
In the bathroom: toilet, warm cabin, a table-curbstone, individual set of toiletry (sorry razor), Hairdryer. 3 towels, Bathrobe.
Poor Breakfast - the only drawback, but when you consider that living there was very little, that is understandable.
I really liked the location - within walking distance to museums, Opera house, Central street.
