Breakfast is so good. Friendly personnel. Housekeeping. Hi-speed internet in room. Suitable place for the hotel in regards to distance from airport and railroad station. Different kind of transportation available (taxi, bus, rail) to any point of the city.

I forgot to take a photo of the room at the hotel recommended by the customer, but this hotel is very cost-effective, the room is relatively large, and the breakfast is rich. Because Perm is not that big, it is not far away by taxi!

Booked for others, the response was ok. Quiet and convenient, but the breakfast is said to be not as good as Yeka's Four Elements.

The location and environment of the hotel are very good. The front desk staff are very helpful, especially the two little girls. Angelina also helped me buy a train ticket. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel went to meet me and made an early check-in (not free, of course). The room is warm and cozy, especially when there is a snowstorm outside. The only thing is that the single room is very tiny, there is no place to even put a toothbrush in the bathroom.

A hotel with a claim, but falls short. Located in the very center of Perm, there are parking spaces, but paid. Looks very stylish - a skyscraper in blue glass, which reflects the sky - cool! Everything inside is also stylish and modern. The restaurant cooks well, but the interiors are dated. There is a jacuzzi, but the water is cold and the hamam barely warms. But in general - staff for five, renovation...

We were passing through Perm. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. There is parking, the service at the reception is fast. Breakfasts are standard. We took a semi-luxury room - for 5 (clean, quiet,). For those who have bad habits - you can't smoke on the balcony. The paradox is that there is a balcony but the windows do not open. But this did not bother us, since there was no such need.

I spent a night at that hotel in April, and this time around it was a lot better. The repair effort was completed, the main entrance area was close to perfect, and the staff was as professional and approachable as before. We were in Perm in the summer, rented a room here. Very nice room, very polite staff, nice restaurant, which cooks delicious food and whose menu differs from the standard carbonara for the better (like pasta in vodka sauce and posunkichka!) and excellent location. The only wish is to expand the breakfast menu, literally by a couple of additional items.

Very cozy, small hotel and rooms. Everything is clean, everything works, it is nice. Breakfast, for the most part, is custom-made, set aside 10 minutes more time for it, but everything is very worthy. The only conditional drawback is the lack of air conditioning in my room, but it was required. Recommend.

There's a robe, which is nice. Breakfast is a three-course menu: variations of fried eggs and omelets, and the second course is syrniki and other sweets. The third course is yogurt, salmon croissant, cheese, and jam. Filling and delicious. Really good.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are clean with a pleasant interior. Pleased with the showers without mold. I was embarrassed by the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, but I was here in the winter, so it was not a problem. The staff are polite and work with a smile.
