First confirmed the booking. Then they called (and at 10 pm on the eve of the day of arrival) and asked to cancel the reservation, allegedly there were no places. Service in Russian.

First. I hate it when they lie !!! The most expensive issue claims to have a window overlooking the bridge, but in fact it was done in Photoshop! This is an elevator window, and the view is from the other side of the building, where there are no rooms !!
And what did I get in the most expensive room in this hotel - the view of it is not clear what, thanks.
Second. Breakfast with porridge is just a nightmare, the quick mixture is filled with water, and not even mixed.

On the plus side, there is a fairly convenient location, everything is within walking distance, including the railway station.
Audibility is small, no one interferes.
The room is comfortable, has everything you need, cleanliness is tidy.

Nice hotel, liked everything. There are only three downsides. There are two mattresses on the bed, which are parting and you have to get up and connect them, since I fell through this hole, because of this, it’s not my wife and I didn’t get enough sleep. There was no liquid soap, although there are jars for this. And the awful smell from the street, and there is no freshener in the room.

Very convenient location, comfortable and cozy room. In the room: hairdryer, TV, kettle, coffee machine. Breakfast is included, brought to the room, which is very convenient. A playpen was provided for the baby. Thank you very much, I liked everything very much.
