- The bathroom extractor fan was a bit noisy at times, but could easily be remedied if serviced or cleaned.

+ The room was lovely and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location is absolutely fantastic, walking distance from all amenities and historical sites, not to mention a lovely view of the river Pskov.- The bathroom extractor fan was a bit noisy at times, but could easily be remedied if serviced or cleaned.

+ It is in the city center, by the park and the river, and has a nice view. The area is very quiet. The room was comfortable, but I wish it were more spacious. The bed and bathroom were good. The room was quiet. Everything was spotless. The receptionist was friendly and polite.- I wish the room were more spacious and had an electric kettle, or at least the hotel cafe was open in the evening.

Booked a junior suite, but the room clearly did not correspond to this status. Very small shower cubicle, and the room itself is small. There is only one blanket on a double bed. The location of the hotel is good. Cozy place in the city center. Breakfast is ok but not much choice.

Not four stars. The staff is helpful and friendly.
But, there is no air conditioning in the room, cars are driving under the windows since 8 am and people are talking loudly, the feeling is that it is right in the room. Also strong audibility from neighboring rooms. It is impossible to eat in the hotel in the evening, because the cook leaves at 18 o'clock.
Bottom line: you can spend the night for 1 night, and they will even feed you breakfast. But more, perhaps not.

The hotel is located in the city center, in a quiet and beautiful place. Near a beautiful park and a river. Everything is clean in the room, the plumbing is decent, the cleaning is good. There is no refrigerator, there is a cooler in the lobby. Buffet breakfasts: porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, cheese, sausage, pastries. Good 3 ☆.

Nice, friendly hotel. Friendly staff. Beautiful, well-groomed area. There is a restaurant and gazebos. You can come back here again.

Nice hotel. Good location. We lived in a 2-storey room. There are air conditioners everywhere, but it didn’t help. There are a lot of mosquitoes !!!
Not very clean in the room. Breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, coffee, yogurt, boiled 😬 milk.

Wonderful place! Beautiful, well-kept grounds. A quiet place on the Bank of the Pskova, the birds are singing. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant or on the terrace or in the gazebo. From the gazebo visible from the Kremlin.
