The rooms are good, but a bit cramped for 4 people. Great pool with music. It is very convenient to visit the sea on the way. We advise. There are houses with baths.

Nice hotel. The room lacks a kettle, its presence would be a huge plus. There is an air conditioner, a hairdryer in the bathroom, soap accessories, clean towels. The hotel area is clean and well-groomed. I was glad that the price for accommodation included a swimming pool, clean towels at the bar and sun loungers. The bartender deserves special respect, he helped us with heating food for the child, and also entered our position and served food for our little preference for his preference. I would like more cleanliness in the room: the curtains were dirty in some places and apparently before us someone lived with an animal wool was found. In the evening, the territory looks beautiful, everything is highlighted. At the bar they ordered food, delicious and decent portions.

Excellent hotel close to the M4 motorway. Relax from the road, eat and swim in the chic pool. Unfortunately, we were not lucky with the weather and we never used the pool, but we really wanted to. Clean rooms with everything you need. The food is delicious, the staff is nice.

Very comfortable, everything is there. The pool is gorgeous, sun loungers, towels and floating equipment (all inclusive) to the pool. At 100 m five, you can buy further on the road. The cafe pumped up this year, and did not wait for two dishes. The staff are polite and available around the clock. Parking around the hotel is free.

Came with my wife to the pool, had a very good rest. Nice atmosphere, unusual shaped pool, comfortable sun loungers and delicious cool drinks. I would also like to note the work of the head, Taisia, who responsively and with understanding helped in various requests. We will visit this place more often.

Very nice view inside the banquet hall. An interesting design of the pool, but not yet a season for it. The very idea of ​​log-type eco-houses is wonderful. The staff is friendly, the issues that arise were resolved very quickly. There are few visitors in the off-season. The room has a safe, split system, 2 towels for each guest (white, but harsh), the TV broadcasts 20 channels in good quality, a bottle of 0.5 l. clean drinking water and glasses for water. The bathroom is clean and spacious, there is shampoo, shower gel and soap; working hair dryer; cold / hot water round the clock. We could not estimate the frequency of cleaning the room and changing the towels. stayed for a day.
There are points that visitors should pay attention to when booking, as well as the administration of the complex:
- there is no barbecue area (but the administrator helped us to agree to rent a barbecue at a local cafe 200 rubles per hour);
- there is no way out to the Don;
- there is no kettle in the room, and, accordingly, there are no dishes and utensils (we knew about this in advance and took it from home);
- not all rooms are equipped with refrigerators (it is good that it is not the season and we were able to provide a room to choose from, but in the season it is better to clarify this moment);
- it is dusty on the walls, the decorative cord at the joints is "tousled", the foam under the windows is not covered (perhaps this is simply not the season and there is not enough staff);
- parking with video surveillance, but outside the territory of the complex (passing cars a little "nervous" the alarm);
- in the off-season, the summer terrace does not work (but they went to a meeting and were allowed to sit at a table).
In general, a good recreation center, but, unfortunately, they do not justify their 3-star certificate.
