The room had a TV, wifi, refrigerator, bed. Stayed overnight and were satisfied. Friendly staff.
The only drawback: the room had no windows, hence poor ventilation. But there was a fan, so not very hot. Windows only under the ceiling with access to the corridor (did not open). There are rooms with windows, but they are more expensive.
Location. 15 minutes to the bus station (bus to the airport leaves from there). We walked through Ostrovsky Park.

In general, for this amount the room is good. We liked)

A good transit hotel, but keep in mind that the rooms are on the second floor, and the lamoda sorting works on the first floor until late. It will do for your money, it’s clean, there is hot water, they even treated you to tea, you can call in at night, it’s located on the outskirts of Rostov, the room has a fan, a shower, a toilet, clean bed linen and towels, but there are no soap accessories! There are also no windows, the room is very stuffy, the roof is iron, like you are in a bunker, at night it seems that you are on a train, as you can hear passing cars behind the wall.

Well, that's it. I have been since July 21/22. Everything is good for a small hotel. Good for one night. The price is good. The rooms are in good condition. The furniture is new, plumbing too. But the budget rooms do not have windows, quite stuffy. Of the minuses, the staff at the reception should learn good manners and work with objections. No need to raise your tone in response. Another annoying industrial zone nearby, and helicopters flying nearby. Audibility in the rooms is good. Due to the fact that the last ones came for breakfast, they didn’t want to give it to us, they say we had already eaten it, and there were a strictly limited number of plates .. it was also not very pleasant, but they gave it out anyway .. And most of all I didn’t like the fact that for using a white towel, a fine can be issued, what is it anyway?)) It was written that you can’t throw it on the floor and wipe your feet ... That's really unexpected. In general, the idea is good and the creators are great, but the staff needs to be stimulated). All the best.
