Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable, tidy, the girls-staff are very polite and friendly. Towels, slippers, bathrobes, soap, shampoos ..... Everything is there and of good quality. There are mugs and tea (Greenfield, not some May tea) in the room. But I put 4 stars because there is nowhere to eat (in Rostov, as I understand it, this is the norm). There is no kitchen for guests. Yes, the staff offered breakfast, they offered a microwave in the room and they were ready to warm it up and bring it to our room, but when you come to Rostov with children, there is a desire to feed the children yourself, and not run around to pull the staff, one hot, the other cold, but no cooking facilities. And so they all have 5+. HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel! We stayed at the hotel on 4/12/21. Pleasantly surprised, clean, comfortable, no foreign smells, good friendly staff. There are all hygiene supplies, breakfast for 250 rubles just 👍

1. The location of the sockets is not very convenient
2. Unlike some others, there is a paid breakfast here
3. They said there is parking behind the hotel but there is no dedicated parking
4. The hotel is meters from the road and the noise of passing cars is heard at night

Excellent service, wonderful, unobtrusive service. Cold, hot water from a cooler. The rooms are clean, well-groomed, they immediately offered coffee, tea and everything that is possible for the child. I had a headache, they gave me a pill. Recommended. We will definitely come back again.

upd: 1. there is actually no declared parking, a maximum of 3 cars will fit in a dedicated nook behind the hotel. At the same time, we must try not to block the entrances to someone's garages. Deal in is that "parking" this travel to garages.
2. There is no lift in the hotel. so if you are with luggage, then you will drag your suitcase up the stairs (we were lucky, it was the 4th floor).
3. when we left the hotel in the evening, the administrator for some reason asked for the keys to our room (we can only guess what she was going to do in it).
4. excellent audibility, you can hear your neighbors very well.
