First impression: parking lot. Really need serious reconstruction, pavement. Now it's pretty much made of dirt and rocks. From outside hotel looks rather like a barn.

Entering. Not bad, very clean, stylish, inviting.
Front desk clerks are professional and very nice.
Beautiful, Versalles look like stairs that lead you upstairs...Closer to the very low set stair handles (literally knee high) stairs are very narrow, making it impossible to use as a support as you walking upstairs. There is no elevator or railing to carry suitcases upstairs. No personal who could carry it for you. Front desk clerk was nice enough to carry our cases for us.

Inside. Room is very clean, nicely furnished. Heaters working properly. Nice and toasty in a Winter. Bed sheets crispy clean.
Bathroom is very clean. Shower though is tricky to use. No matter how hard you trying water is pouring outside. Shower curtains designed the way that they useless in keeping the water from splashing.

No drinking water bottled in the room, it's not available anywhere at the premises. Huge minus! Though they have hot/cold water stand.

No room service. No laundry on premises either.

Bottom line: if you young and healthy and don't mind carry your cases upstairs using extremely uncomfortable and unfit for the purpose stair case, if you don't mind to run and purchase your water at the store near by, if you never use room service or laundry, the hotel is perfect.

Location is superb! Downtown, right by the Central Park entrance. Prices are adequate and fair enough. Good, delishious , but limited
choice breakfast.

The air conditioner didn't work. I had to cancel my booking. And so the location, the purity of the rules

It was difficult to find the hotel, it is located behind the buildings. At the check-in we were asked to pay extra 200 rub for breakfast of fourth guest, as they said that the room is for 3 person. But in general, it is ok. Fair price. Moreless clean room. Friendly staff.

The hotel is okay and the personel is very friendly and helpful. Bbut there is no hot water at all and warm water only by luck. Means taking a shower or using the whirlpool is nearly impossible. We were needed to use the kitchen water-heater to increase the temperature of the whirlpool water. The hair-dryer was broken in both rooms and the doors do all have roughly 5-10 cm space to the ground. As a result you hear everything from the floor and the fllor can hear you. This should be fixed. We were there in winter and the rooms are all very cold. After asking for additional heater we received some additional transportable heaters and it was perfect afterwars. Location of the hotel is perfect, all kinds of shops/restaurants can be reached by feet. You are also next to Gorky park, which is perfect for a nice walk.
