I booked a windowless room, but I upon my arrival it became clear that the ventilation system is not working there. I asked the staff for any advice, and the administrator was very kind to offer me a room with a window without any extra charge so that I could properly breath. So I had time to evaluate both rooms: facility is very clean and tidy, good mattresses, clean sheets and towels, bathroom works properly and it's well looked after, every room has an lcd tv with some satellite system, rooms are equipped with air conditioners. A standalone shared kitchen has a microwave and all the simple tools required to cook something trivial not to mention free tea and coffee. I went in and out during day and night, didn't have any access problems. It was much better than I expected overall. Thanks, dear staff!

The hotel is almost in the center, located in a residential building. Clean, friendly staff. At our request, we moved the bed in the room without any problems (it was head to the window).
There is a shared kitchen with a kettle, microwave and utensils. Opposite Pyaterochka, not far from the Crossroads and pavilions with khachapuri.
Minus - very noisy, the hotel has busy streets, and even a tram ...
Free public parking around, but not always available.

New comfortable hotel. To be in the center. Not far the railway Station. The rooms are bright with a fresh renovation and new furniture. There is a kitchen dining room. Internet at a good speed.

Was 2 days in Rostov,he stopped in Venice is a lovely hotel,wonderful service,clean,comfortable,good Breakfast.Given the opportunity to leave your bag after check out-many thanks.All told,advised this hotel and next time nothing and I will not look.The great location of the hotel.All the advice!!!!!

+ The location one of the main advantages. In the center, near the train station, but the street where the hotel is located is not noisy. Fresh renovation and modern furniture. Perfect purity. The rooms are fully equipped. The hotel has everything you need. Wi Fi is working properly. Paid taxi from the airport. In the hotel there is a dining room where you can warm up food. Cafe there. But the neighborhood is full of cafes and canteens. Breakfast in the morning is very decent.
- Not A Luxury. But it is foolish to expect for the money Luxury. Although the level is very high.
Ideal for business travelers and family with children.
