Great location. Big, beautiful, stylish hotel. We celebrated our graduation there. But something is missing there - comfort, probably. And if the veranda was higher, it would be beautiful!) But as it is, you look into the windows of the fifth floor of the house opposite. They recently added a restaurant area on the street - very nice.

I really liked the hotel. It's big, beautiful, in the city center. The rooms are spacious, big, clean. The staff is very kind and welcoming to the guests. The service is great!

An excellent hotel, elegant, in the very center of the city, within walking distance to any significant point of the city, with a gorgeous view from the window of the Volga.

Celebrated Christmas in Lotte. The impressions were good: well, very polite staff, clean and comfortable room with a panoramic view of the city, delicious and hearty breakfast, etc. (There are many more advantages to list) Thank you for such high attention!

Excellent hotel, good location, beautiful view from the window to Kuibyshev Square. large rooms with very comfortable design, good beds and pillows. The spa and gym are not large, not designed for such a large hotel, the simulators are modern. Breakfast, which should be in a 4/5 * hotel, did not cause a wow effect, but did not disappoint either.

The highest level of the hotel, everything is beautiful and chic. The gilding is a little off scale, but this level emphasizes. The event was held at the highest level, the waiters were well-trained and quickly removed the broken saucers from the buffet table. Canape with pineapple and mozzarella cheese I liked it

Gorgeous hotel!!! The breakfasts are just wonderful there is everything your heart desires including caviar and Sparkling?. Gorgeous Art Lunches from the Chef, in such a beautiful hotel, all the food is also beautiful. Such hospitality in every way. Special thanks for the spa and fitness center. All the staff are so friendly and polite. And the evening can be spent pleasantly in the Lounge Bar. Nice to be anywhere in this Lotte hotel.
