The hotel is located in the same building as the sauna. The walls are made of cardboard, which is why you can hear everything that is happening around. The rooms are tiny. If you want to rest and get enough sleep, then you are definitely not here. It is not clear why there are so many positive reviews.

Quite a strange place. As already mentioned in the comments, this is a large hangar with rooms inside. There is no elevator, we lived on the third floor, the suitcase had to be lifted by hand. The rooms are old, although quite normal. A clear plus is a semi-soft mattress. The rooms are very small, some colleagues have moved to another hotel. Almost nothing from the amenities. There is one socket for the whole room (for two people), that is, two telephones cannot be connected, there is a kettle, but no coffee. There are no disposable toothpaste and toothbrush kits. One of the advantages is the ability to smoke inside the building on a separate floor. The view inside is gloomy, the view from the window to the house. In general - cheap and cheerful, but if there are better options - I would choose another. And the check-in to the "hotel", by the way, is rather heavy.

I don't understand why this place has so many positive reviews. Most likely due to the fact that in the same building there is a sauna, the banner of which is a hundred times larger than the banner of the hotel. Breakfast is available, but don't count on delicious food.
Everything is very modest and relatively clean.
The rooms need renovation and upgrade for a long time.

Everything is just great, large bright rooms, there is a kitchen and washing machines. Only the metro is far away.
