I was on a short business trip. Wonderful, attentive, helpful, and responsive staff, modern, spacious interiors, delicious cuisine, and easy conference organization. The only minor drawback was some difficulty parking a large car. But everything else was perfect. Thank you, Holiday Inn, and see you again!

We really liked the hotel; we stayed with our family and two children. The soundproofing was good. We were very pleased with the breakfast. The selection was varied, with both nutritious options for adults and sweet treats for children. They served champagne in the mornings. In the evenings, we swam in the pool and warmed up in the sauna/hammam. This photo shows the view of the Volga from the 8th floor.

Excellent location in the "old" city, a block from the embankment. The hotel (in my opinion) exceeds chain standards – spacious, clean rooms, excellent service. The top floor windows offer stunning views of the Volga, especially in the evenings during sunset. P.S. I arrived at 12 noon, check-in is at 2 pm. The room is available (keys are ready and on the counter). After being greeted, they immediately asked for a half-day payment for early check-in. Sorry, that's stingy. I checked in without paying extra thanks to my status in the guest program (why didn't you check this BEFORE asking for payment?). I'm giving it 5 stars, hoping for improvement.

Decent hotel with spa area and gym in the basement. View of the Volga from the upper floors. The rooms are made in a calm style, the bath and the bathroom are excellent, everything is comfortable. The beds are decent, 2 pillows of different hardness, to choose from. I liked the breakfasts at the hotel, a good assortment, fried bacon with scrambled eggs, salad and tea set a good mood and charge for the day). And pastries for tea are a separate conversation about gluttony ... They are simply delicious, especially min envelopes with jam. The spa area offers lemon and mint water, there is a nice swimming pool with hydromassage, two steam rooms: a hammam and a sauna. It is open from 6:30 to 22 o'clock, in general, do not forget to bring bathing accessories! In general, a good place, not far from the Volga embankment.

My wife and I were getting married at the hotel. Everything was wonderful! Manager Sona helped organize our event competently. Our wedding planner, Vladislav, was very polite and helpful. The waiters are very polite. Dishes are amazing! And the cake is beyond praise! The room is clean, has everything you need. Holiday Inn team, thank you for helping make our day unforgettable!

Excellent hotel! Excellent location near the center and the embankment of Samara. The hotel is clean, tidy, service is good.

Everything is super, I highly recommend this hotel! For children, the pool is very good. The breakfast is expensive but tasty. It is beneficial to have a rest with children - breakfast is free for them. There is a children's table. The location is the best. The beach and the main street are nearby. 2-3 minutes walk. I recommend buying a room in advance and having a rest with the whole family!
