We chose the Sokol hotel and invited 95 people, booked 2 overnights for 40 people and 3 meals a day for 95 on the day of the seminar. Breakfast for all residents. We rented 3 halls, and ... received this service 👎
1. Pasted a sheet of paper with the name of the section on the door and on the tiles on the wall on a thin sticky tape. The head of the booking department Lyudmila literally poked her nose:
- Well, what are you doing ?! Do you know how difficult it is to scrape off the tape afterwards? etc.
By the way, later I personally took off the signs and the scotch tape did not leave any traces at all.
2. Price for printing b / w A4 sheets - 5 rubles. They came to print 25 sheets of paper at the reception, and they snorted haughtily to us: "What, they couldn't bring them with you !?"
3. Apotheosis - supper. Half of the participants in the seminar did not stay for dinner, as they were in a hurry on their routes. We asked them to collect the containers and give them with them. For each dinner, there were receipts for the participants, which we provided. When everything was over, they came to eat themselves, we take out our receipts for dinner and we hear in response:
- And we cannot feed you! We have already given out all the dinners! ...

The miracles of anti-service are not limited to this, but I don’t want to describe it anymore.

✨On the quality of the rooms, I can say that the owners of the hotel did a great job, the rooms are cozy, everything is new, not without nuances, but very nice.
They cook deliciously, plentifully, the guys-waiters can see that they are trying.

But in general, all hotel employees lack competent leadership.

The management building for booking and catering, represented by two employees on the 1st floor of the Sokol Hotel, demonstrate a rat attitude towards customers. The service staff in the restaurant is intimidated and unprofessional. Administrators at the reception do not smile and are not happy with the guests, the light is dim, even a Christmas tree with Santa Claus does not save the situation.
