A great place to stay, we were with my husband alone, we had Ali Baba's room. I liked the room very much, the service is at the level, the staff is polite, the prices are not exorbitant, the price-quality ratio is excellent. We had dinner in a cafe, I won’t say that it was very tasty, but normal) There was only one slightly strange waiter who made a discount only after a reminder (hotel guests are entitled to a 10% discount on the menu), when we ordered rolls to the room later in the evening - the same the waiter didn’t make a discount again??‍♀️ the rolls are tasty, by the way, inexpensive. The thermal complex was also with a 50% discount, it includes a warm pool, sun loungers, towels, a Turkish hammam and a Finnish sauna, 3 hours, I liked everything here too. I note that despite the fact that there was a room reservation, we booked in advance both the thermal complex and a table in a cafe. Breakfast is beyond praise! They brought it to the room, exactly on time, before that they called 5 minutes in advance and asked if it was possible to carry it. Porridge, pancakes, dumplings, fruit salad, tea - very dense and tasty. In general, we liked everything, I think we will come again.

Super! Stopped on the way south. Convenient, next to the highway. But despite the proximity of the road, the interior space is very well organized, you can swim in the pool. Spa did not have time to visit. They cook delicious food in the restaurant, did the waiter communicate freely with us in English? The room is huge, the bed is very comfortable. There is everything to cook food (pots, pans, stove, kettle) super clean, perfect, thank you!!! Since we were leaving early, we packed a lunch box for us, were we fed until the next stop? ❤️ as if visiting relatives? ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We celebrated our birthday in the hall where the karaoke used to be. In this heat, a very weak air conditioner works in the hall - as if you are sitting in a dressing room. This is taking into account the fact that there were only 15 of us, and the heat is such that everyone sweats out - it is unbearable, we had to go outside to cool down. Some kind of insanity - in the banquet hall, air conditioning practically does not work in summer, I'm not talking about ventilation - they probably don't know such a word there. I had to dance in turns under this weak air conditioner !!! And it was +30 on the street, I can't imagine people who celebrated some kind of celebration here at +35 or +39.
I definitely do not recommend it until the situation is corrected with this! Score 1 (count)!
You rent a banquet hall for money and save 3 kopecks on the health of your guests!
